What is the best stand bag out there right now? One with both plenty of pockets, but most importantly where the clubs won't stick coming in and out. Thanks.

If getting clubs in/out is a key I would probably go with a bag that has 14 individual slots for clubs (unless you're one of those guys who carries a bunch of extras and if you are, maybe that's why its hard to get clubs in/out of whatever bag you have now).

My last two stand bags have been Titleist and I have been very happy though I have to admit I'm not a big fan of their most recent release.  I would try to find the last generation if you can, they are still out there and generally are nicely discounted at this point.

14-way stand bags are very functional, keeps the clubs from banging against each other, for the most part.  I'm kinda partial to this one, not a 14-way, but I like it

Really really liking my new Mizuno Pro Stand 4 way. I had a Ping Hoofer before but with midsize z cords, the clubs would get stuck and the dividers would sag. No issues with the Mizuno so far.

2018 Sun Mountain C130 Stand bag is absolutely awesome. Light enough to carry but an outstanding cart bag as well.

I'm with you, it's the best carry bag out there.  It's got everything 18thbunker mentioned plus some pretty sharp colorways.  I've been using my current sun mountain for the past 4 years and it's still in like new condition.

Ping lasted me all throughout college and hs, so they have to get a leg up for durability. Kind of an off topic question but are team bags structurally different than the regular market hoofer?

Got to be a hoofer.  I swear by them and the back pack strap.  I don't want a 14 club divider and I've never seen a hoofer with them, not sure if that is important to you.

Answer depends on how light you want it - carry? push? cart most of the time?

I got a Sun Mountain H2No Lite this year and have been enjoying it. It's light enough to carry for 18, but still has lots of storage and a nice, wide 5-way top opening. Very easy to get clubs out. I'd say its actually easier to get clubs out than with my old 14-way bag. The only thing I'd change is adding a dedicated water-bottle pocket. I'd put it where you can access it while carrying.

Does the Vessel Sunday Golf bag hold 12 to 14 clubs comfortably? Looks pretty nice for walk.

If club tangle is a real concern for you, avoid ping at all costs.  The shifting floor will have your clubs all stuck together in no time.  Believe me, I have made this mistake more than once (and I am still currently using a 4 series)..  The straps are great, I love the pockets, and the stand is rock solid.  But your clubs will stick (and i only carry 10).  I like the other parts enough to overlook it.
