Hi all,

I'd really appreciated some swing help here. Been playing for a little over 2 years and currently 11hc, but was down to an 8 a few months ago before work life took over. Now I try play once a week minimum, with another practise day.

My miss is a pull or push slice.

I've given up using a driver and I've never been able to get the face closed consistently with a 460cc club. Now I'm using a Cally X2 Hot 3deep off the tee and hitting it as far and much straighter than my M2 driver.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

Hands way too low at address and you could use a little tilt away from the target.

Elbow get too far apart in backswing.
Did you see him smacked up
And cracked up
With his tongue on his chin
And his club in his hand,
Swinging from the rafters
Like a real RocknRolla

Thanks Monte! Is there a rule of thumb for hand height at address? Butt of the club pointing at crotch, belt, or belly button?

That's a guideline, but so dependent on things like arm length, waist height, etc.

You are up on your right toe at the finish, but it appears that you are still holding back...like you still have a lot of weight/pressure on your right toe.

The position of your hands (relative to right leg) at P6 is great for a relatively new player...

Check the position of your club face at the top of your back swing... Kind of quick in the transition too.

Thanks for the feedback! I'll work on getting more pressure onto my left foot at impact.

Thanks! My clubface looks square to me at the top... How does it look to you?
