Has anyone tried their custom shafts? Apparently, one can buy a variety of popular shafts and they will install whatever adapter (Callaway, Taylormade, Ping, etc) is required, install a grip and ship it to the buyer. What a great service. I haven't tried them yet, but this is way easier and cheaper than Maltby/Golf Works.

I bought a shaft/grip/adaptor from them last year. No complaints other than they did not cut it to the length I requested, and it was the offseason so I simply didn't notice for a while.

Grabbed one from them not too long ago. Came as advertised. Worth it but check their online store vs ebay store. Prices may be $10 either/or direction.

I bought one a couple years ago.  They sent the wrong one but quickly fixed it when I contacted them.  Like most places, you won't get any tipping info though...

I bought one with a Titleist adapter. Showed up, and the adapter was defective. I e-mailed them to see if I could return it, and they credited my PayPal account, and told me to keep the shaft. I thought that was pretty good customer service.

Picked up a MRC Diamana 'ahina, with adapter and  MC4 grip exactly as ordered for $109 a month ago.

Awesome deal and exactly as ordered.

Yes. I've bought shafts from them on both Ebay and their web site a few times. Everything perfect each time.

My only issue was  I bought a Grey with Orange Fuel shaft and paid for a White Golf Pride Decade multi compound and they shipped it with a Red grip.  Aftermarket Cobra Tip was also installed.

Does anyone know what is the deal with the Ping Web site, it is like the mobile app. If you will notice as of now, you log onto the Ping Web site, and there are no custom option's page for one to look at. IE if you wanted a different shaft, you can't see the custom option's menu
