Hello,

Does anyone in the Portland Area have recommendations on where to get repairs done?  I've called around for a putter reshaft and I've been told that I need to send it out to the manufacturer, and that any regrips on single clubs would take 3-4 days.  Any advice or places would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Can't speak to quality of work: golf galaxy @ cascade station did a friend's grips yesterday and he played today.

I've had smittys do a single grip a while back - took 10 min from going into the store to walking out with my club, including paying for it. Easy peasey.

I've had lots of regrips and a soft-stepping done at golf galaxy cascade station (formerly GolfSmith) and been completely satisfied with the results.

"take that, you miserable

I called them and they are one of the ones who told me that they A) don't carry putter shafts in stock and B) If I wanted a cameron reshafted I'd need to send it to the custom shop.

I can DIY but I don't have the equipment, just moved from a house to an apt and some things had to go.  Wish there was someone's garage available!

Maybe try redtail golf center?

Never had work done there but they have a pretty impressive looking pro shop so I would think they could handle basic repairs.

they are a smaller shop so I'm not surprised on that answer as far as re-shafting a putter.

Hey Zeus,

I work at the GG at cascade station. Any regrips of 3-4 clubs I would do on the spot for you. What type of putter re-shaft are you looking to do. I have some putter shaft and depending on what it is I would be able to help.

Try the pro at Langdon Farms, they are doing my putter this week. Not a total reshaft, just a loose head. Also, try Birdie Finish golf in oregon city, they do custom club orders.
