Searched through the forums, and couldn't find anything, so thought I'd start a new thread. I popped on an absolute steal I found from a reputable Japan retailer, on a brand new one that I can flip if I don't like it. But everything about the driver says winner and hits all my likes to me. Forged face, tall face, 435cc, simple crown, no alignment, low launch & spin.

Does anyone have input or feedback about it? Does anyone know the actual measured loft of these heads vs the sleeve lofts it can "adjust to"?

Thats how a driver should look......still not a fan of the adjustable loft stuff (I hover my club anyway) but small ish pear shaped head and a black finish with no MWT crap is how it should be

look on Tourspecgolf for specs - the type 1 is a very nice shape.

"The Type-1 is 435cc's and it's the lower spin,  more workable forward and more shallow CG design of the two.  ( suggested for blade player ).....
It is also adjustable you can adjust the adapter to change the loft from 7.5 to 11.5 in the Type 2 and 8.5 to 10.5 in the Type-1."

Yeah. I got all the specs on it. But nothing about actual STARTING loft of head. And wanted more info from anyone who had hands on experience with it.

Great driver, very long and forgiving for a smaller head.  Of the two I liked the Type 1 better.  Not sure on measured loft but I ended up playing mine set to about 9*.  Definitely a winner for Mizuno.

This is my dream driver right now and if I can nail which shaft, I will buy. Big fan of the MP 650, this club is a nice replacement for it. Interested in all feed back on this club.

Based on mp 650 experience,I have a 9.5 and 10.5, Mizuno lofts are spot on for their metals.
