Exactly.  I've literally reached out to Callaway 5 times now and just looking for an update.  Saying it's delayed is sad but acceptable.  Not responding at all, unacceptable.

You really think a local rep has time (or cares enough) about one 6 hybrid?

Not sure why your responses are always somewhat negative but the rep should care, at least this one does. He has a mess to clean up from the previous dude in the territory. Have a great day.

Quick update with more to (hopefully) come today.

After sending the 5th email to Cally with no response, I called again yesterday and this time it was a different greeting and someone answered.  Explained the experience to date and asked for an update.  He couldn't provide any answers to the order status, lack of responsiveness or the inability to talk to a CS person last week.  He said he needed to email someone else because he couldn't tell from the order screen what the issue was and PROMISED to have a written update by Noon today Chicago time.  He also said there would be some type of restitution offered and the expedited shipping would be addressed.  He was somewhat contrite.

So...we'll see what happens today but I'm pretty confident the 7H won't be in the bag this weekend.

What flex did you order? There's one in stock at PGASS in DG, but regular flex. Assuming I've got the model right I'd consider just cancelling the order with Callaway and getting one in hand.

Otherwise, the Epic Star goes all the way up to 8h, might as well hold off and make yourself a more matching set...

Regular flex...everything was stock.  Sounds like I'm heading to DG today.  Thank you V...you are a really thoughtful guy!

Just received this from Cally...not sure what a conformation is...and for the record, the name was changed below to protect the guilty.

I just got conformation on this order and the heads have not come in yet, they are quoting me 9/21. Once those come in this will ship out within 3-5business days from that point. I know that this is not what you expected when you placed the order, so I can offer you a 15% discount if you want to keep the order or I can have it cancelled if this is too long of a wait for you. Ordered cancelled...hoping to get lucky at the PGATSS in Downer's Grove today.  Heck I'd be happy getting lucky anywhere.
