I have a crush on DJ's swing !   I fell in love with it at Oakmont... then witnessed it dismember multiple opponents during the Match Play this Spring... and now it delivered a Mike Tyson KO to Jordan.   Being able to carry a controlled fade 310-315 all day is pretty hard to beat.

DJ is stupid fun to watch in person.  So gifted with the driver and irons.

I don't know if this is time or place for this given the bromance novel being written in this thread, but.....................is DJ's driving ability more impressive than Jordan's putting ability?
.

More Impressive? Absolutely!

More Valuable? Absolutely not.

well played

If he wins the FedEx, then his name really throws a wrench in the discussion for Player of the Year.

Also appreciated the fact he quickly hit his approach shot within seconds after Jordan on that playoff hole.  No waiting.  Now that's how I like to watch golf.

Can't lie I'm a Spieth fan too but I was rooting for Dustin to make that putt on 18 and jumped out of my chair when he hit that drive on the extra hole.

DJ will have his ball in the air before his playing partner has his club back in his bag.
I followed them for a few holes, a couple of times he and Austin looked over at spieth and greller and looked back at each other like get on with it. It looked like Austin even mouthed let's effing go at one point but who knows if that is what he said since they were 20 feet away and my lip reading skills aren't pro. I was on the tee in that playoff and that line was even more impressive in person. Sounded like a rocket coming off the club.

After today's win over Jordan Spieth, I have a very serious man crush with this guy.

Tomorrow I'm buying Just For Men beard dye and getting my beard darker.

Selling my driver and getting an M1.

Retiring all my golf shirts and getting adidas.

Burning my Icon Blacks and switching to adidas shoes. No wonder I wasn't getting laid.

This guy is a stud. 100%. My wife just saw me writing this thread and I'm in a lot of trouble :/
He doesn't wear or play anything I want, I just wanna smell Paulina's scent!.....Just once!.......Man crush over!.......LOL

Never met DJ, never met Austin but I could totally see Austin turning to DJ with the ol' "this f****** guy" while YJS does what he does toiling over a shot.

Man crush on DJ for his golf prowess, but then it always goes away when I hear him do post-round interviews.  That said, I thought the one after the Northern Trust was OK, even despite Dottie.

Wulll.

Personally don't care much about how far guys hit it; I'm a lot more interested in the putt on the 72nd hole and the wedge on the 73rd.

Baby-boomers have so much fun busting chops that I'd like to partake too.  There's enough room out there to have a couple young guys busting chops with the older guys.

I'm a millennial (male) yet I have a preference for women as well.  Must mean I'm one of those weird millennials.  Carry on old men, carry on ;)

Melilinial male.

Isnt that an

Oxymoron?

Ha! When you get older, you can bust chops too ; )

Baby-boomers have so much fun busting chops that I'd like to partake too.  There's enough room out there to have a couple young guys busting chops with the older guys.

Unfortunately I think you're right.  Oxymoron in a lot of cases.
