Someone asked, the $500 MSRP is the same as the AD-DI, so I would imagine it would not be priced any different from OEM's

Cool chart.  I'm guessing that the red dot on the line is the kickpoint.  Anyone know why the MT would show two kickpoints, or are the red dots not the kickpoint?

The 6R is actually an SR, which is between an S and an R.

Maybe it's a sacrifice to being built so light?  Maybe someone like Tom would be good to answer that.  Not sure he really follows this forum though.

Perhaps it's to add some feel back?  Light and stiff has never been a welcomed combination in my opinion.  Always a perfect combination to feel dead and lifeless.

I think we can see strides in the technology so light can be functional. After all there was a point in time where graphite iron shafts were to weak/heavy to be realistic for better players.  Not saying 50g will ever be ideal but I think it is about finding the center of the face and it make not be ideal from a tempo perspective more so than a weight/strength/feel perspective

this shaft looks like another one in the trend of higher launching / low spin - atmos red/blue, Hzrdus yellow, evenflow blue, x-torsion copper, ....
Driver heads are killing spin and launching lower.....a lot of players need the shaft to counter that - like me
this IZ looks Very compelling
I will be ordering one

Interesting, first time I see a shaft that promotes a draw or a fade.
I thought that a draw or a fade was consequence of the path of the downswing.

My guess is that a softer tip is the "draw" whereas a stiffer tip is a "fade"

I'm pretty sure the X Axis is highest spin (left) to lowest spin right) and not draw/fade bias:

That is the same MSRP as the AD DI. Think those sites will ship to the US?

Based on my quick search Golf theory (on Rakuten) will ship one here, like $255 total.

I did multiple searches but couldn't find anything...

Looks like the come out in October and are a higher launching, lower spinning shaft than even the AD-DI. They are also made with the same materials, or at least many of, as the t1100 HZRDUS shafts.

Anybody know anything else?

Are these in the $380 range, or is this an even more expensive line?

That is pretty reasonable

I think I am going to pull the trigger. If I buy it right away, I can still test it this year in fall. If I don't like it at that price, I'll probably only lose $50-75 on it

i think september 14th is release date.

Release date is October 2, 2017.

I've managed to hit the IZ 6SR (my normal weight and flex) today indoors - it was built up for an M2 2017 head

Didn't really bother to look at the numbers as I was more interested in feel.....

It feels like the TP - maybe a smidgen 'easier' if that makes sense. Same smoothness. On course I suspect it plays like the TP. (All my wood and hybrid shafts are Tour AD shafts of one description or another but my gamer for the last 2 years has been the 915 with AD GP, and the AD SF in my fairway woods.)

I've got my eye on the IZ 5X for my own M2 2017 - I've got a TP 6SR in the M2 currently, and previously tried the TP 5S in the M2 and it was great, super flight and distance, but a wee bit lighter than my preference - so going after a drive is not as accurate

(PS I'm in the far east on holiday, so I get to try all the stuff first lol!)
