I don't think such a chart exists.
I am 74 years old with a 70/mph swing speed.
I recommend the Maxfli SoftFli, usually on sale at Dicks.
It bounces (35 compression I think) a long way after landing on the fairway and can be stopped on the green.
Bridgestone Extra Soft also good.
Project a (model with black "a" not red) and RXS and NXTs also good but probably overkill for our swing speed. Hope this helps.

FG Tour is 70 and is a great ball if you are looking for performance. Budget balls, I'd check out the 50 Elite or Gamer Soft.

Maxfli Softfli, Callaway Supersoft, Wilson Duo, Snell Get Sum... any balls in this range will be a good fit.

Softfli is a touch longer and clickier for me; Duo and Get Sum a bit more consistent in launch angle and average distance. Supersoft is the softest and a bit higher and longer like the Softfli, but it takes the most getting used to in the short game, in my opinion, as it's a little more jumpy off half wedges. Really, I could play any one of the four and be about maxed out performance wise -- I'm in the 70's-80's mph driver range for reference. Play the Softfli right now but considering switching to the Supersoft long term (availability, feel, max height, distance).

Hope this helps.
