I've had so many that I don't recall.  Jeez, in multiple PING sets alone (EYE2, EYE2+, ZING, ZING2, ISI-S, ISI-N, ISI-C, i3 O-Size, G2, G5, G10, G10XG, G15, G25, G) I imagine I'm close to having owned at least 50 sets if not way more.

^^^^ It pained me to type that...

5-Wood: PING G (17.5) : PING Alta 65 (S)
4-Hybrid: PING G (22) : PING Alta 70 (S)
5-Hybrid: PING G (26) : PING Alta 70 (S)
7-Iron-LW: PING G30 : PING AWT 2.0 (S)
Putter: PING Cadence TR Ketsch Traditional
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Driver: Cobra F7 (10.5) : Fujikura Pro 60 (S)
5-Wood: Cobra F7 (17.5) : Fujikura Pro 65 (S)
6-Iron-SW: Cobra F7 OL : UST Mamiya Recoil 110 (S)

It's worse when you acquire a set you've already owned, never hit them, and trade them for something else.  Which you've also already owned.

And then acquire a third set a few years later.

Bought a set of Apex Pro's first generation.. New in box and traded them in before I ever took the plastic off them.

That's just beautiful, brings a tear to my eye...
(LOL)

I had a set of FX Nickels, hit them once, traded them.  Being a Ram guy, felt guilty about that, bought another set.

Never took them out of the box, a friend was talking about wanting a set and had a set of PTPs, another set I'd owned and traded at some point.  Made the swap.

PTPs lasted 2 rounds, I moved them for something or another.  Ugh.

Recently picked up my third set of Nickels, they'll be staying.

I'm such a clever monkey.

I've only sold one set, my first real set, Ping Zing 2's.  Bought in 1994 and sold last month.

I currently own 5 though.  I'll thin the herd soon.  Going to rebuild a couple of them to change swing weight.

Going back to when I was a kid...

Hogan Radial knock offs (not sure how long I had these)
Ping Zing knock offs (not sure)
Golden Ram Tour Grind (2 years)
Tommy Armour 986 blades (2-3 years)
Mizuno T-Zoid Pro (5 years)
Mizuno T-Zoid True (about a week)
Taylomade 300 Forged (5 years)
Taylomade RAC MB (a few months)
Mizuno MP 60 (8 years)
Mizuno MP H5/25/5 mixed set (1+ year so far)

For the T-Zoid Pro and 300 Forged I really only moved on because they were getting worn out.  With the MP 60s, they weren't worn out, but after 8 years I was ready for a change.

2005: 3100I/H King Cobra (first set I bought)
2006: Taylormade RAC MB TP (worst purchase ever, thought I was a pro at an 11HCP and 19YO)
2006-2007: Callaway X-Forged (on staff with Callway so luckily didn't waste money but I still couldn't hit them)
2007-2011: Titleist 695CBs (loved these and started playing my best golf)
2011-2017: Ping S57 (got them from a buddy on mini tours and love them)
2017: hoping to get Z765s/JPX900 Tour/718CBs by the end of the year

Couldnt even fit it in this post.....

Pretty much every domestic club in last 5 yrs....aside from this year

And what i learned is their all pretty much same given the category is same.....different look and feel but results were all same.....

They are more similar than different......mizuno to me is best bang for your buck....quality and feel are hard to match

Now on to japanese brands, lol ( besides mizuno)

"Just consider each bead being 1, period. You have 10 tens, or a hundred, in your abacus, and that goes a long way in explaining tens and ones or 2-digit place value to children in kindergarten and first grade. It is best if the abacus has five beads in alternating colors, like on the abacus in the right."

I tried, used every math application I could muster, the above physical tool did not help, I'm beyond repair. That being said my current P770 Irons with Modus 105 shafts are out of this world; My I200's are quietly watching from the back-up bag. It never ends.
