My only gripe is 46 degree pitching wedge.  This now practically requires either  a 50, 54, 58 setup or a 52, 58.

Bent them weak

I play the mp5 9 iron 3 degrees weak to blend into my wedges better

You won't notice the difference in bounce but placebo has its ways

Do you bend the PW 3 degrees weak as well?

What degree PW do you carry?  I would love to have a 49 degree PW with a new set.

I've got a t7 49 wedge. Essentially all my irons are 3 degrees weak the 9 iron is 45

The clubs look better as it reduces the offset and the bounce is not a factor what so ever

Il be doing this with the mp18 by the look of it . Not sure if to go with a fli hi 2 iron or stretch out the gapping to a consistent 4* throughout to make the 3 iron more like a 2 iron

Great pics!  Really like the way you guys did the topline comparison pics of the three clubs together.  Looks like it would be extremely easy to blend a set.

The rep I spoke to said they were designed with the intent of blending them. As you adjust the loft to form a set with a normal progression the bent irons will then have the same offset.  So if you Bend a 40* club to 42* the offset will then align perfectly with a 38* or 46* club in the other line up. Pretty cool stuff
i don't think i've ever seen a more perfect set to be blended to be honest -- low irons in the mb, then the SC, then, if needed an insert and then boom, a fli hi 2i...amazing.
I will go for the same set-up: Fli-Hi 2-iron, MMC 4-iron, SC 5 & 6 irons, MB 7 to PW irons.

Very good looking total family. Much better than the Titleist lineup that has way too many models. Better looking than the TM 730s and the Callaway MBs... Great job by mizuno, now if they could build a set without using 8 different weight plugs.

Awesome pics

Anyone know the loft range for this fli hi. Is it the standard 2-18, 3-21, 4-24? Can't wait till detailed specs are out

I know I read it somewhere today, Fli-Hi's are 2-16, 3-19, 4-22, 5-25.  Matches the MMC lofts in that range.

Oh f'in great, just what I needed to read.....

from article"

"Along a similar line, for those who are looking for more distance, or if you’re like me and need a little help bringing spin down, Mizuno offers the MP-18 line in a strong loft configuration. Your fitter should be able to determine if that particular option is right for you."

I moved to the 900F this year and have my gaps sorted out nicely.   I really had no interest in this set, was thinking about getting another set of 900F as backup, but after reading this, am starting to think about a a little stronger lofted combo set of these.

Damn you Mizuno and your shiny new sticks.

Anyone worried about the loft gaps on the MMC? 4 iron starting at 22 leaves a big loft spread towards end of bag

beautiful clubs almost too pretty to hit but so pretty i wanna hit them. my only questions is why do they have three different companies shafts as the stock option when the whole idea of the line is to be blended? dynamic gold blades kbs tour SC nippon mmc and c-taper fli hi? ill prolly go 5-pw sc and fli hi 4i so the kbs family happens to line up but that stood out as strange.any theories on that to the experts?

All shaft offerings are no up-charge - if you're ordering a blended set, it's up to you what shafts you want.

I really, really, REALLY wish I could play these. I just don't know what would give first.... my shoulder or the epoxy from me digging so much.

that being said, I will probably still try these

Only 6* of bounce on the pw. That rules them out for me.

Anyone else surprised by the 900 tour comparison pics?  The whole lineup, even the CB looks smaller than the 900 tour, which I don't believe is a particularly large profile.

Bend them 2 weak and now you have a 48 pw with 8 of bounce.

I don't see it, other than slightly shorter blade length, top line looks as thin as the Blade, easily trimmer then the SC/MMC.on top.

IMO.
