So I'm curious, what does Scotty charge for his Staff bags if you're lucky enough to snag one in his releases?

I wanna say staff bags are around a grand give or take a 100

On the SC website?!  (I'm not talking about reselling it, just talking about what it costs to buy when you are a cameron club member and get it in a release on scottycameron.com.)

The last staff bag was $850, plus tax and shipping.

Wow, you are 100% right.  Stand bags selling for $850-950 mostly on ebay while a lot of the staff bags are selling for just over cost on average.  If SC were smart, they'd raise the stand bags to $500-600 to grab some more of that price gap.

I was looking at the PGA show exhibitor list this year and noticed Scotty Cameron was not on the list... Am I looking at that wrong? Bettinardi in fact too was not on the list. Seems odd...

How is it that we're 2 weeks out and have no leaks or clips of their catalogue this season? We knew about M3/M4 and Rogue months ago. Come on people (who have that sort of access), where ya at?

With all due respect, he has so many tour only items in those pics, his 2018 OTR line might or might not be there. That looks like an old Laguna with a very dull finish. It that really is part of the OTR line up and his other models are more of the same, disappointing.

Generally SC doesn't make many headshapes for the tour without making them for OTR as well. There are a few true tour only shapes but usually when you see a commonly used head like the Laguna that means it's coming OTR. He generally follows a 2-3 year cycle on models and there's been nothing to indicate thus far that they're changing up the line from last year. If they were we'd have had hints by now.

From a few pages back.

I heard Scotty say there were changes to the pop thru alignment. Can remember the exact details but they may be going away

Based on the pictures from the Sony, It's likely that is 2018 lineup will include the M1 and M2 with a solid alignment line (as everyone figured it would) and he may bring back the laguna.  I still think the 2018 lineup may be released in black.

Overall if these are the highlights it's nothing that gets me very excited.

Betti and Toulon may gain some market share this year.

I'm glad to see the Laguna return, and hopefully without the name on the bumpers. IMO the lineup has gotten too mallet heavy, and for blades nearly every option is some sort of Newport or Newport 2. Nice to see a little something different.

I agree that the Laguna has been absent for a while and seeing it now is a strong indication that it is coming back OTR. Still hate that dull finish. Laguna black would be very nice.

Isn't this the year for a GoLo update too? Or has the GoLo line been dropped in favor of an expanding Futura line?

Looks like the M1 to me, just without the popup alignment.

With all of the aftermarket putter refinishing and Cameron custom shop options, it would be nice if he would release the line naked, with no alignment aids. I realize he can't just offer ever head shape with 10 different alignment options, but why not at least allow a top line sight dot, circle, and/or nothing in the flange from the online custom shop? Yes, you could strip the paint from the flange line or have it all repainted one color, but it's still there.

I don't understand why you can go to the custom shop and add a top line and two additional lines in the flange, but can't remove them all together. I can have a lot of things done to a putter to make it my own after it's bought, but filling in a milled out sight line in the flange isn't one of them.

One of the many reasons I will more than likely be going with a Kingston. Just waiting to see what the new line up looks like. It's too cold to golf right now anyway!

I'm really intrigued by Kingston, primarily because it's one of the few places to get a NP2 shape with a tri-sole and not break the bank.

My wishlist:

- Fastback/M1 without cross alignment. The cross alignment totally threw me off.

- Maybe a mallet with a flow neck. Jump on Taylormade and Odyssey bandwagon.

- 009. I know, I know. :)

I wonder if it presents manufacturing issues for him to offer a flow neck to the masses? When he released the Futura 5.5M he specifically addressed the need for a mallet with toe hang. If ever he was going to release flow neck, seems like that would have been the time. We can only hope.

Based on the Career Builder pix, I think it's pretty obvious that the 2018 line will include the M1 and M2, all Newport models and the Laguna in the lighter satin finish with an insert. Looks like no pop-ups in the M1 and M2. I also see the return of the Fastback. Looks like the GoLo is not making a return. Did I miss anything?
