My regular ball has been the Gamer Soft which you can now buy 3 dozen for $40.  I also recently purchased 2 dozen of the 3 piece low compression e6 Soft for $40, and 2 dozen Duo Spin for $30.99.  I am having a ball trying these low compression 3 piece balls but my fear is that the manufacturers are dropping the line of balls.  Does anyone have any insight on the future plans for these balls?

Play and enjoy!  The playing performance variation between those balls will be relatively small.  No need to lock in on any one particular ball to play unless you are near scratch and need to control things down to a nats hair level.

I am enjoying myself and your are right, all of the balls I am trying are similar.  I just get a kick out if it and as a 17 HCP there will always be plenty of balls for my game.

Not likely to happen since I lose a bunch of balls, especially this year.  I have only played 7 rounds of golf this year and 6 of them have been solo, meaning practice rounds.  So I treat them like practice and with the course empty I try a ton of crazy shots that I would not do if playing a match or for handicap.

The Duo line is most likely being refreshed later this year for a 2018 release. I know Wilson Staff was giving away dozens of prototype balls on Twitter via contest, and the feedback I saw seems to indicate it was the new Duos they were sending out for feedback.

I think they all sound pretty good. My preferences is the gamer soft. How do you like the e6 soft? Does it have any green side spin or is it just like the gamersoft? It comes in yellow, which is nice. I played the other day with a chromesoft and I loved the green side spin, it is just a bit firm and costly. I like the $15-$20 range per dozen.

I don't see any reason why any of these balls would go away.

In my one round with the e6 soft I thought it felt great with distance & off every club (for at least this round I found the 9 yds they advertise).......was decent on the greens too.

Prior gen Duo's for cheap.

They have yellow too. It looks better than I remembered them. Maybe, they corrected the yellow color on their last release?

Sorry for answering so late but I find the e/6 Soft to be almost identical to the Gamer Soft - I cannot tell the difference  Both good balls for my swing.

Lately, I have better luck with the  Supersoft, or the TruSoft.
The yellow color is my preference.
