I am going to be playing a course for the first time in a couple weeks and want to see the layout in advance, however the course website doesn't have a scorecard or layout on it.  My natural reaction was to go to Google Earth next and get a lay of the land that way, but Google Earth doesn't show the course as in existence yet.  Sure the course is new(ish) but this is the third year it has been open.  When the website and google earth do not have a layout, what other sources could I use to try and get an idea what I am going to see?

You can try Bing Maps.  Sometimes it is more up to date than Google Maps but other times it isn't.
