In my opinion the clicgear 3.5+ is over engineered, yes its decent but its a faff putting up and down and the base bar just doesnt sit square or flat to any bag I've tried, so it has to go.

Recommendations please for simple but sturdy, that a stand bag sits well on and its easy to push along? easy up and down would help also.

thanks

I picked up a Caddytek EZ Fold 3 wheel cart recently. I'm happy with it.  After I opened and closed it a few times, it started pretty much flying open when I take it out of the back of my truck.  It's a nice cart. I'm hoping to get out and use it again tomorrow.

It fits a stand bag well, it's sturdy, and the bar sits well. I adjusted it once when I first used it, locked the adjustment wheel, and haven't touched it since.

Edit: It also has some standard features that comes as add-ons with other carts. ex. Umbrella holder, drink holder, and cooler (big enough to fit a couple bottle of water, an small ice pack, and a sandwich.

I have the four wheel version of the Caddytek. Compared it to the Clicgear and others and I preferred the Caddytek.

That looks way better than the Clickgear, similar but better and cheaper.

Yup. It's pretty pimp.  When my buddy first saw it...he was jealous. "Your wheels are bigger than mine!" lol.

The Caddytek is a winner. My stand bag sits perfectly. Though I'd be interested to hear anyone's experience with a cart bag on it.

Would like to finish my full upgrade with a new bag, specifically the Cobra 2017 Ultralite Cart bag, but am unsure of the fit on my cart.

The Cobra is a great bag.  If I was in the market for a new one, that would probably be my first choice.  I would think it should fit on the Caddytek fine.

That's how you sell a bag Cobra! It'll arrive the same day as my F7 irons next Wednesday haha.

Are you going for the one length or the Tecflo F7's? I am strongly contemplating the F7 Tecflo's.  Let me know how you like them.

The Variable length set, it think they're both tecflo though.

I honestly didn't even swing the one length. But compared to the Mizuno JPX Hot Metal, M2, and Steelhead XR the F7s really best for me. Wasn't anticipating that.

I have the same issue with the Big Max FF Autofold.  No bag would seem to fit square on the base

I'll add a vote for the Caddytek. Also a great buy at $99 right now on Costco.

Caddytek at Costco is outstanding.  I would take it over the caddytek at the same price.

I went to a Rovic RV2L (made by ClickGear) as an upgrade from a Founder's Club QwikFold which has a 1-step folding process similar to the CaddyTek.  I agree that the multi-step process to unfold the Rovic is excessive and difficult.  I'll probably sell it along and go back to the QwikFold since I'm walking less (joined a club where cart is included with membership).

I have have been using a Bagboy Express since about 2006. It is very durable and folds very simply. I expect to be still using it for another decade. The BB DLX looks to be the closest current version.

I love my caddytek.
