I'm visiting my father in Wilmington next week and Eagle Point is on my bucket list of places to play.

Is there any chance anyone here is a member and would sponsor me to play a round? I've read that's the only way to play if you are not a member yourself.

This is all assuming the cost would not be outrageous.

Thanks, Stephen Cunningham

Pretty sure they were waiting until after the Wells Fargo to tear up the greens to put down Bermuda but I could be mistaken.

They're closed for the summer. Putting down Bermuda grass on the greens. In order to play there as a guest you'll need to know a member. They can sponsor you to play unaccompanied and it'll cost about $200. If you play with the member it's around $100. Plus the caddy fee and tip on top of that if you don't ride.

Go play the Muni. Donald Ross renovated by John Fought. Great test and very enjoyable to play. Reasonable cost.
