Just asking opinions before I bother to ask titleist for help, although I don't expect anything from them and this old girl has payed for itself.

She's a done. Should sound noticeably louder if not already. I'm not sure what type of policy titleist has but most companies only have a 1year warranty. Those heads are cheap now a days so you can replace it or go shopping for a different animal.

It is hard to tell if there is a dent that goes along with the crack or maybe it just looks odd on my screen.  But, if there is a dent, I'd say no dice.  If it is just a crack from normal use, it would be worth asking about.  The 913s are old enough that I wouldn't expect Titleist to do anything for you and as booker points out, you can replace it for cheap.

Titleist in the past has replaced heads that crack over a year old. Couldn't hurt to reach out to them.

That has to be a crack.

Submerge the head in a bucket of water, f it's cracked it will bubble from the crack.

Just got the 917 :).   I had to send back a complete club when I sent the 913 in so I sent it with the stock blue 62 shafts that it came with but I played it with the heavier blue weight installed and a AD DI shaft.   To my surprise the 917 has the stock weight but it looks to be hot melted. Take a look.  If so I'm siked for some tour sauce
