I've got a Rocket Tour Pom Pom for my hybird, a Boxer animal cover for my driver, and the stock Scotty Cameron headcover on my putter(s).

I really like the Pom Pom look and plan on ordering a custom set from Jan Craig or Ju Ju in the near future.

I will have some new custom knit covers that my darling mother made for me. Should have them this week. Other then that, I use a Firestone Country Club putter cover that I bought after I spent a weekend caddying at the NEC Invitational in 2004. It might be out of the bag soon as I'm switching to a mallet style putter.

Combination of stuffed animal and team logo headcovers.  Ive got a Daphne's black wolf that was specially made for Black Wolf Run in Kohler, WI (even has the BWR logo on the back of the headcover) and the rest of my clubs have Wisconsin Badgers headcovers.
When Im due for a new bag Im going to get a Green Bay Packers bag to round of my favorite teams look.

I was using some custom iliac leather covers for a while with sponsors OEM logo & my logo on it but I have since changed back to the classic look. Pink Callaway knit with large pom poms & my logo stitched into them.

I just use whatever came with the clubs but I'm not against any decorative headcovers. Just haven't found one that caught my eye.

I usually walk and prefer barrel style head covers to reduce weight and ske more room in the smaller carry bag.
