I know Cleveland is not a big name in he putter market.
But their putters are quite solid.

As wrxer, I buy and sell putters once a month.
There are so many brands and types so that I had to try them.

I have simple standard for my gamer.

1 Should fit on my eyes
2 Should sink the ball

I tried every putters that I can put my hands on.
I could not try followings;
- pxg
- evnroll
- circle t

My best two putter was
- bettinardi ss2
- oddysey protype #5

I had to keep them but I already sold them out before I regret that.

Resently, I was playing TM TP mullen.
I wanted to try it because of the neck.
I liked the face and how it rolls the ball.
But I could not bare with two lines which is too narrow.

Last week, I visited local shop and saw huntington models.
All of them were nicely built and felt amazing.
And $99 price tag seems great too.

I bought the 6 model which is similar with oddysey 5 and replaced the grip.

I had 3 rounds with new putter and this thing is legit.

360g weight is perfect
non-glossy finish is great(I really hates high glossy putters bc it reflects the sun light)
face felt AMAZING(tried pro v1, tp5x, sr3 and ksig). I prefer its feeling more than scotty's
face-balanced(fits my stroke, I use LHL grip)
combination wih snsr grip also great.

I am so glad that I found this putter.
If you are in the putter market, please try HB series.

I wanted to love my 6, but I just never felt comfortable with it.  Sold it to a buddy, and he made everything with it on Saturday.

These putters are hidden gems. I was actually looking for a putter for my teenager and stumbled upon this line. Rolls great. Great weight and balance. Deep milled face.

I've almost stolen it from him a few times already.

Yep - threado resurrecto and all that, but I simply have to agree. Cleveland got these absolutely bob-on.

Since I found out about the whole "putter type based on stroke type" thing (n00b, I know), and finding out my inherited late 80's Ping Zing was just as "wrong" as my modern cheapo Fazer mallet style for my shallow arc (I was pretty horrible with both tbh), I took a flier on a Huntington Beach #1 (sale + vouchers meant I got it brand new for £40 / $50). It has been an utter revelation, I've tried friends Ansers, Odysseys etc since, and I still prefer the Cleveland by a country mile.

The feel off that heavily milled face, the appreciably lower skid/sooner roll profile noticable even by eye, it's all just so much more consistent. And if I have half an idea of what's going to happen when I swing it rather than it being a total lottery, it means I've actually been bothering holes rather than  trying to lag into the correct postcode.

I've told my playing partners and family that if they ever - EVER - hear me thinking about changing it or buying a new putter, they should lock me up.

I had the #6 for about a week. Loved everything about it from the look and finish to the way it felt. I just couldn't seem to control my distance on mid-range putts.  I may give one of the blade models a try.  Truly a steal at the price point.

They felt pretty good in the store, very soft feel  That face milling looks like you could grate cheese on it.

Spent some time rolling the blade models (1, 3, and 4) at a PGA Tour Superstore this weekend.  Loved the look and feel of the 3.  Didn't pull the trigger, but it is only a matter of time until I do.  Will definitely be going with one of the Winn Pro X grips, which I have on my 6C and really like.

Speaking of my 6C, I played at May River yesterday and rolled the ball great with it.  Some of that is due to the quality and speed of the greens (the best bermuda I have ever seen), but that putter just gives me a ton of confidence.

I have a #6 with a Lamkin Sink grip and I think it's great. I birdied my first hole using it (which is saying something because I've only ever made like 10 in 2+ years of golf) on my way to my lowest round to date, so I figured that is a good omen. Its a great putter and it gives me a completely different look and feel than my Anser style Nike, which is a good thing sometimes.

Love my HB1. Was never a fan of the original Winn Pro X 1.32 so I took it off and put a Lamkin Crossline on it. The head weight still feels a bit light so I may put an even lighter grip on it and/or add some tungsten powder down the shaft.

I'm looking at one and was just going to put some lead tape on the sole.  I have never used tungsten powder in the shaft...what would be the benefit over lead tape?  Thanks.

Not necessarily a Scotty in every instance. Love some of them and others, they’re so ugly and huge that I would not want. The Cleveland 2135 line has a lot to offer for a lot less money. Love the floating alignment line on those. Excellent feel. That is the Cleveland lineup I would look at more than the Huntington Beach.

Current lineup:

Callaway Rogue driver, 9 degree, Project X Evenflow Blue S, 75g.
Callaway XR16 3 wood, 15 degree, Fukijura Evo II shaft
Callaway Apex hybrid, 20 degree, Kuro Kage 80HY stiff shaft
Wilson Staff C300 Forged irons, 4-PW, Nippon Modus 105 X shafts
Mizuno S5 gap wedge, 50.08, Nippon 1150 GH Tour shaft
Wilson Staff PMP Tour wedge, 56 degree, tour grind, KBS Hi-Rev 2.0 shaft
Fourteen RM12 58.12 sand wedge, Dynamic Gold wedge shaft
Edel Rogue putter (thick blade), 34 inch, 71 degree lie, 2 degrees loft.
COMING: TaylorMade Hi-Toe wedge, 60 degree

I bought a new Huntington Beach 1 with the oversize grip last summer.  Absolutely the best putter I've used.  And it was up with the $400 jobs in the Golf Digest Hot list gold awards.

They're great sticks, I feel like they punch way above their price and could easily go toe to toe with putters 3x their prices.

I really like the #10 model when I've tried it out in my local PGA SS, and am very tempted to get one.  The only thing keeping me from doing so is that I putt really well with my Kingston KP1.  They feel just as good as any other high end putter I've tried in stores.
