Seems most online and in store have the Neo Ghost on sale for only $50. Anyone have good or bad reviews for this GPS? Wonder if they are just closing out that line or coming out with something new?

I just ordered one to replace the Golf Buddy Voice 2 (too small to read, gave it to my daughter for the voice novelty) - a friend has the Neo Ghost and it is easy to read and straps to your bag or push cart with a carabiner.

I am ordering one today.  Wondered how it stacks up but for $50 it's worth a try.

I got one on sale in March. Its very good. Just remember to go into Settings and then go to Auto Off. Turn it off otherwise it shuts off every three holes and you have to restart it. Accuracy has been very good. Also has distance to a few hazards and shot measure function. I clip it onto my bag and my pocket if I am in a cart.

I literally just placed my order on smile.amazon.com. Paid $49.95 for it and will be using it on Wednesday. I will follow up after that.

UPDATE: I used the Bushnell NEO Ghost GPS Rangefinder yesterday throughout the tournament and let me say that this is totally worth the money! I was using this in conjunction with my friends S2 Watch and the distances were +/- 1 yard difference. Super accurate, lightweight and easy to use!

Loved it for the 1.5 rounds it worked.

Didn't hold a charge after that.  Back to Amazon it goes.  Bought a Garmin Vivoactive and love it.  Doesn't look like a golf watch and works well.

DSG had them for that price at Christmas. I bought 2 to give out to family members. A total of about 5 of my buddies have them. Great product especially at gnat price. If I didn't have my Garmin, I'd be interested.

I think i'm gonna pick one of these up to mount on my push cart so I don't need to get my phone out at all. Something cheap to pair with my 100 dollar rangefinder.

That's exactly what I'm planning to do Lopey986. Mine came in today and I hope to use it Monday.

Most of my buddies did an update on pc before use. Those that didn't, shorty did so after using the first time.  I don't own one so I can't describe the benefits of updated vs non updated. Just an FYI.
