I am considering retirement in Tennessee, I have been to both Tellico Village and Fairfield Glade does anyone live there and play the courses at either location? If you live at either community what are your pros and cons of your development, and how is the golf? Anyone else have other locations for consideration it doesn't have to be a retirement community just a nice area with good golf. Thanks in advance for any replies.

I would really look at Fairvue Plantation in the Gallatin and Hendersonville Area. The two courses there are much better in my opinion than Fairfield Glade. It's proximity to the Nashville Area also opens the doors up to a lot of other good courses.

Out of the two you listed I would go to Tellico Village. I have played the courses and I prefer the ones at Tellico Village...they just seem more golf to me versus the Mickey Mouse setups you can get on the Plateau at Fairfield Glades.
