I have been searching the net for the the lightest ,best usages, best compartments and a stand /cart bag , full dividers plenty of storage ,but light without all the extra junk we keep in the bag . I have tried numerous all to fail at one or the other. Nike, Ogio, BenHogan to name a few. I'm ready to pull the trigger but need advice please.

I use hoofers and sun mountain 3-5.

Both are good, ping hoofer 14 is probably better

I don't even look at other bags anymore. These are known as the better stand bags for years.

I just got a hoofer based on a most wanted review on another site and I am very pleased with it. I used ping bags exclusively for years but then strayed to Ogio, Sun Mountain, and Titleist. I'm glad to be back. The only one negative I might point out is that the new hoofers don't have one very large pocket. That doesn't bother me because I rarely play in the rain and have no need to carry a rain jacket and pants.

I did like the new Titleist bags because the bottom stays flat but the hoofer was a touch lighter. I like a light bag because it's easier to get in and out of the car or golf cart. I don't walk with the hoofer. I use a Jones bag to walk.

JP has sun mtn for his backup bag and a Nike Sasquatch for regular bag. Both are 14 club individual slot. Prefer the Nike as it has better compartment set up and fit my back better. Both are a few years old now. Nike may not make the bags anymore tho, given everything that's happened to Nike golf. But u might find a decent used one?
The sun mtn or Titleist as they use Sun mtn is an excellent, durable not awful looking stand bag.
Just bought a club glove travel bag. Just couldn't salvage my Wilson and JP likes the strong arm idea.
