You didn't ask when you were there?

There eBay store is fixed price and doesn't seem to do make an offer type deals. Not sure about their retail spot.

But I have ordered from their eBay store on occasion they discount stuff on the Bay that remains fixed on their site. I've ordered a ton of stuff from them, and they are quick to spam you with a lot of discount offers, many of which I have taken them up on, fifty dollars off, 15% off, etc...

Once I missed one of the expired 15% rates, on a BIG order I made, and I simply emailed them and asked for it anyway. They promptly gave me a refund for the amount in question, and I even got an email (form letter ?) from Mike himself.

They do seem intent on retaining customers, but their prices are at retail rates, with some added, expiration discounts...

I'm a fan.

Their trade in prices are really good as well as long as it's not a super old club.  I was actually able to pick up a few clubs off eBay and flip them to Mike's for a profit- they even email you a free shipping label to send the clubs in.  I haven't shopped around for trade in's at all- but I'd be shocked if you can get better numbers from anywhere.

Doesn't hurt to ask. Personally find their pricing to be high. Can get better pricing on CPO. If do decide to buy, make sure inspect club fully before purchasing. Most, if not all the clubs are jammed on top of one another. Easy for cosmetic chipping/scratching to occur.

I picked up a driver shaft from them on ebay back during Christmas time I think it was. In the box was a nice promo flyer card and had a 10% off next order with code MG10(good on their site, not ebay of course). The other week I got the itch for an old Odyssey White Steel 2-Ball SRT, and found one in 33" in decent shape on their site...got the same flyer, so it's a code that shouldnt expire anytime soon. yeah, they do price for retail, but their offers and discounts bring that back down to earth.. plus almost across the board free shipping...

bought a driver shaft from them with coupon they had and it was cheaper by 30 bucks then anywhere else.  free/fast shipping was good too

The place is local to me. They will negotiate especially if your trading in. Also 30 day return policy. One guy in my league had a different driver every week from them until he settled lol.

I actually sold some clubs and bought some clubs at the shop before. And every time I dealt with the them, they always negotiated a price with me. Also, they gave a military discount as well. I forgot the percentage but it was a great deal.

I bought a few on eBay from him and happy with the purchases except for the extremely sticky green price stickers he puts on the heads. I know the tricks to remove residue but seriously can he find less sticky ones?

I buy a lot from them since I have a friend who works there. Their prices are usually pretty good, the trade in is alright I could've gotten more elsewhere but I needed a uncut shaft and they were the place to go to. They have too many clubs, you can get lost in the store but if you find it online they will set it aside if you want to hit it first.

I ordered a putter from them on Monday, 2 day expedited.  Tuesday I looked at my account, and it said it had been shipped, sweet.  Since Tuesday, it has been pending acceptance.  So I sent them a message yesterday early, asking for the shipping refunded since it would not get here obviously in 2 days at the least.  Checked a few times today, no response, still pending.  So I click their chat, and ask the question again.  Nothing for over 5 minutes, then the chat cuts out and says they're not there anymore.  This was around noon PST.  I'm less than thrilled, and unless it magically appears at my door tomorrow, or I get a response explaining the issue, I will be cancelling my order.

It magically appeared today after emailing them to cancel it.  Too late for the tournament, I had to buy one locally, but it's here.  They put a sticker on the headcover to identify what it was.  Trying to remove the sticker ripped the headcover in 2 places.  I will not order from here again, I still have not heard back from them.

Their lack of care for clubs is horrible. Just racks filled with clubs jammed in. Very poor.

I sent another message yesterday, nothing.  Tried to chat today, and guess who answers?  Yup, Mike himself.  As I started explaining the issue, he said he heard of the problem, but thought it was cleared up.  He said it shows as paid for 2 day, but it was sent priority but he can't see why.  Regardless, he refunded the shipping costs and is mailing out a new headcover.  He apologized profusely for the poor customer service saying they've been spread pretty thin lately, but he owns the company so it's ultimately on him.  While I was pretty pissed off before, Mike made up for it.  I will prob order from them again in the future, maybe I'll just call it in to Mike next time.

Funny thing is, about 15mins after chatting with Mike, I get a phone call from their customer service rep.  Told him I already squared up with Mike, and he sounded a lil scared.  Regardless, Mike went and made things right with me, and for that, I'm willing to chalk it up to an anomaly as well.
