Nice club Broadmoor that is! Wish we had something similar here as well. The only drawback must be the high elevation resulting in a short season... still awesome place.

Those are some great prices. I was hoping to see some numbers for the westcoast since I am located in San Diego,CA.

RYAN

You don't want to see the numbers for SD Ryan
It's just depressing.

Here's some info from a couple years ago for reference. Some of them might have gone down, but not by much.

ICC in Stevensville Ontario $675.00 yr thats it -27 holes that dry out really quick but new owners this year and they are supposed to be dealing with the irrigation issues so no doubt the price will rise
Still a real bargain

Likely to join course i typically play here in dartmouth nova Scotia Canada. Just across from halifax.
Called Grandview it costs $2000+ 300 in tax=2300+ mandatory food & because for season (roughly 8 mths) of $450.
On website in theory is several grand initiation but no local course for most part, has charged one as its tough enough to attract members.

The season is much longer than one would expect. And thankfully with this dry winter I've been able to get in quite a few rounds. Played for nearly 2 weeks straight mid January in shorts!

i'm seriously considering the country club across the street cos it very convenient but it's a bit expensive. the membership costs $170,000-175,000 with monthly dues at $90. but it does boast 4 x 18-hole course and one 9-hole course, full club facilities (bowling, pool, gym, theater, numerous restaurants ..and two ranges ie.the works). my current club is a ex-military club (also with the works) and i have a term of 10 years which cost me just $4000, with monthly dies of $20. but it's a term and it expires with no residual value.

$170k is absolutely ridiculous.

Sounds high... In NY a price tag like that is a bond of which 80 percent is returned if you leave the club. Although the $90 part sounds dirt cheap.
