These are the comparison of 3 iron, 7 iron and PW of 735cm, 695 CB and MB.

I hope I didn't tease you guys to much in 2005!

Happy New Year to you all!

Great shots Joe, thanks for posting them, which one do you like best? Have you hit the 695's? either set?
What would you compare them to and what is your overall impression of them? Thanks again!

Will all models be available in the satin finish? I could very well see myself playing a combo set of the satin if produced.

Never seen one in satin finish, not even on the tour issue.

Not a bad thinking for a combo. I just don't feel braking 2 sets into one.

Great Pics Joe, as you said the the 695's look short heel to toe. The top lines of the cb look very squared off and thinker than the initial reports. Great looking lin up however. Titleist has done good work!

For a cavity back is no surprise having the top line a bit thicker than the MB.

They could've round it up a bit on the back side to hide the thickness.

But Over all, Titty is going to have a unbelievable line up for 2006.

It might be to much choices on the iron section but they are all awsome design. As we all know that Titty is always been a company who well known for catering more to a better "player's" equipment, They've done amazing job so far.

I wouldn't be surprise if they come up w/ a deeper version of 905R in 460cc also, At least i would like to try the deeper version too.

Joe,

In the every last picture showing the backs of the irons, it looks like the 695MB 7-iron appears to have a brass or gold plug right on the ledge of the muscleback. Was that just a reflection in the photo or is it a feature of the iron? Thanks for the great pics. Would love to get of set of those!

It's reflection!

It should be out around march or april. As of now, it's only tour issue for the players.

695 combos would be sick!!! i have the 690 combos right now (2-4 cb, 5-pw mb) and love them. The only thing i dont like with the 735s is the long irons w/how much offset there is and how much they look like 704 or 762s. If i could get another set for free it would defintly be 695 combos, the mbs look like the best blade i have ever seen.

Haven't had a chance yet to hit them in the out door.

It's been to much rain lately here and I've been having a flu bug.

I've hit them of the mat and net here in the shop. So for so good and buttery, especially on the MB. Surprisingly the MB feel easy to hit and so the CB of course.

Rumor says that Titleist went back to Japanese forging company for forging at least on the tour issue.

I've blueprinted the 695CB 3 iron, 9 and PW. Don't ask me why! I'm a little piss that i thought i have the shaft in stock. Those are the only shafts i found! :(

Anyway, I've hit these 3 irons. Man! They are soft as a butta. Doesn't fly to high but pretty much normal trajectory compare to most iron out there. It does feel like a semi blade type of iron. Pretty Solid feel at impact. I can see that the bounce angle and round shape doesn't allow me to take a divot to much.

I can honestly say that i haven't felt this soft out of forge club for a while.

They have a hard step DGS300 (36.5" raw lenght for 9 and PW shaft).

I will report more after I finished blueprinting them and have a chance to play it at least 1 round.

it looks like the 695 CB's have the biggest bounce and sole, which remind me of my 670's

There's also going to be a prototype set out soon (next 30 days) that will replace the 704 CB line of irons.

How is the offset of the 695.mb's compared to the current 680's or 690.mb's?

No more blunded leading edge!

Straighter line leading edge! ( Slightly )

Pretty close to the 690.CB, maybe even slightly less!

Hi Joe,

I think this was the first win for the 695CB's! Great week for your man Arron Oberholser too! Sounds like these irons are going to be VERY popular!

I'll be a big hit by next month when they hit the store.

Do you think I deserve a cut? LOL! J/K ;)

Thanks for the great pic's. How would you compare the playability of the 695.CB to the 690.CB? Do you think that people playing the 690.CB will see a big enough change to move to the new iron? I have played the 690.CB for 3 years and do not see myself making a change unless there is a big difference in proformance.

Thanks!

If you look at the sole shape of your 690.CB, you should see that the 695 has no more leading edge double cut anymore. That alone will make the play different IMO.

690 will not feeling as sharp and this will effect on your ball flight and distance control on a certain type of soil condition IMO.

Hey Joe after countless swtiches i continue to play with my 962 B's. I am hopeing that one of the 695 designs
will be the answer to my problem. Is there a comparison? Which set would be close? I have an oppurtuinty to
order them now without seeing the clubs and i would appreciate some feedback to help me make a decesion on which set to choose

If you are talking about 962B, I'm gonna have to say 695MB IMO.
