Hi guys,

I know there is lots of advice on here regarding fakes, however I am going to look at and hopefully purchase this tomorrow so need some quick advice.

I will take a magnet and a pin to test it but does anything in the attached pics ring alarm bells?

Any advice appreciated.

Ian

Hate to bump and old thread, but thought it could be helpful for anyone searching.

Everyone was quick to say the putter looks real, but I am concerned about the white elastomer around the face. It should be a spongy filler that you can feel gently pressing with a toothpick. It appears the white is rubbing off on this putter and the white appears to be paint making me think this is a fake.

elastomer falls off on a lot of older sticks. the putter is real.

This.  No need to think a putter is fake because it's 10+ years old and looks a little worn.

Try removing one of the Allen screws in the cavity. On the fakes it is a head glued on, not a screw
