I hit the Epic easily 15 yds farther on "like strikes", even more noticeable on mis-hits.
How about the new xforged irons coming out..huh huh?

Glad it's still producing for you. Still don't see how next year product will compete but we shall see.

Nope, just took delivery on a brand new set of 900F and T7's. I will be playing these irons and wedges for at least 3-4 more seasons with 2 sets.

Yet in the back of your head you know Mizuno holds decent value and there's always a chance you'll "hafta have" something new that comes along. Also fwiw, I'm really not feeling the look of the new x-forged, and I'm a legacy fan.

I have nothing but faith in the Epic SZ heads. Unfortunately that means testing all kinds of shafts because I know the head is perfect. It's getting out of hand to be honest...all for a yard or two I'm sure. Send help.
I did the opposite. Took my Kuro Kage from my old GBB and put it in my Epic and nice high bombs. Better feel for me too compared to the T800.

The club that I stated I brought with me, 2015/16GBB. I don't really know for sure, it just goes farther. The shaft was the same in both clubs.
Maybe I just finally found a fit. Trust me , I much prefer the size of the GBB, but I can't argue the on course results.

What I have immediately noticed is how LOUD this driver is.....and I have never complained about a driver being loud before. I am even wondering if something is wrong with it!
Performance is good, equal to the TM M2 I gave up but in the fairway a little more. Much easier to turn over for me.

Same for me. I was playing my 9* at -1 = 8 for a long time; for fun I tried it at 9 and it went a little further; then I tried it at +1 = 10 and was even longer still. Even into the wind it just bores through. Great adjustability.

Flat out balling bombers. Love the flatter lies and the shape of the club head, Good off tee and deck. Much more consistent of the deck than my XHot 2 Deep 3 and 5 wood. Love the SZ fairways.

I've absolutely got the ball on a rope now and it just feels so good at impact. Just a shame the season is coming to a close!

Let me just say -- it's Epic. I am hitting 270 to 290 bombs pretty easily -- and misses are more manageable. The ball flies off the face with a pace I have never experienced before -- and I am hitting this driver higher than the 2016 TM M2 it replaced (which was on a Oban Devotion 6 04 flex).
The M2 was great -- but this Callaway is hands down amazing.
I am thinking about trying the SZ 15* 3-wood. But I just love the Oban Purple in my present M2 gamer. .
