Got the Fusion in October 16'.  Love it.  Can hit it any where on the face and it just goes; so forgiving and it's a straight up bomber.  I don't know anyone personally that plays the Fusion other than myself and it doesn't appear popular on WRX.  Just a great fit for me and the shape doesn't bother me one bit.  If anything it looks super forgiving for me at address and I can hit a terrible drive on the face and it still goes.  No reason for me to get an EPIC other than to say I tried it.

Recent additions.  Added EPIC 5 wood to the bag per my signature, love it.  Added photos of the new AP3's since not all have seen them yet.  So much forgiveness and yet enough feel in these irons!  Excited for this bag!

I was looking to move to the category of forgiveness so getting into the AP3 does move you into a little thicker sole as well as larger club face (even in the shorter irons).  Surprisingly for having both of these contributions you will be happy to see that the top line does not get thick along with the sole and club face.  I moved to the AMT Black S300's from the PX 6.0's which also added to the forgiveness of the AP3's.  But the heads themselves are much more forgiving than the Apex Pro's.  Granted the lofts on the AP3's are significantly "jacked'' as well but where I would only hit the Apex Pro 7 iron 150-155 yards I now hit the AP3 7 iron 165-170 and even a couple outliers at 175.  Keep in mind; the Apex Pro 7 iron loft is 34 degrees and in the AP3 7 iron 31 degrees.  Simply put and overall for myself though; when it comes down to it the AP3's are just much easier to hit and go farther.  I don't play enough any more to put consistent strikes on a golf ball with a players iron.  Hence the switch.
