For those of you that are using the Swingspeed weight device for strength/speed training what are you doing for workout routines? Reps? Weight? Weight position?

Question for anyone using the Swingspeed device?

I follow all the routines that are in the DVD. What I do is first start off with the lightest weight towards the end of the grip, do the routines 15x(all of them) then add additional weight continuing the same program, then add the final weight, doing the same program. Then I move all the weights down to the furthest point and start all over again but this time start with all the weights, then taking off weight as I finish with each. It works fo me this way. I will also use the lighter weight to do each routine faster, same reps and build it up. I work with it for 1.5 hrs a day 5 days a week.

Does anyone have any information about how the Swingspeed device compares to the Momentus? I know the Momentus works more on keeping the swing on plane than strictly speed, but is the Swingspeed device more effective for increasing speed than the Momentus or do they produce the same/similar results? Thanks.
