Hey everyone,

Just trying to plan a trip to LA in mid March and obviously I want to play some golf.

Looking for courses that have a "Pro Rate" so the golf doesn't cost too much.

If anyone knows of anysuch courses and what the rates would be, or how to get into contact with the Pros there that would be awesome.

Any info is appreciated.

pasatiempo is in the sf bay area.

in LA area, checkout Rustic Canyon. out of the way, but affordable and great links style course. it was a best new course in GD a few years back.

If you don't mind a bit of a drive (around 45min without too much traffic ;-) go down to Rancho Palos Verdes and play the Trump National course. Sure, greenfees are steep, but twilight starts at 1pm at $145 and you'll get 18 done easily.
I played there and loved it! The scenery is just spectacular. First couple of holes were downwind and I shot 1 under, then we turned into the wind and the trouble began...I'll leave out the rest. Finished with a par on 18 though.
