From the information I got and the order I made.

The Epon Special Edition Personals have a Cut-Cavity in the 3/4/5/6 Irons
and a Solid Cavity in the 7/8/9/PW

Ill have some in hand pics late next week.

"With the Third Generation Personal Iron, EPON has continued the tradition of producing a Limited Edition iron with a compact shape that appeals to the better player and purist alike.  For the first time though, EPON has been able to introduce the undercut cavity and spring steel face technologies found in the AF-503 and AF-703 models into a true player's cavity back.

Featuring a custom Black Ion-Plated finish and echoing the size and shape of the AF-302 or AF-Tour CB but with even less offset, the new Personal Iron represents the ultimate combination of looks, feel, forgiveness, and performance.

That is a handsome players' iron.

Toe looks really round which turns me off a lot, other than that I like them a lot.  It seems to be a pretty good meld of packing tech into a player looking club.  If they feel the part (the hollow cut may effect feel?) that is a pretty Baller set of irons.

Nice, but not as good as either previous personal models. Tough to beat the Personal 2! Those were super slick!

I have been waiting to see some in-hand pics before pulling the trigger on a set myself! Look like a black srixon iron but being Epon, made to the highest standards, best quality, and tightest tolerances in the industry!

Would think it to be more than 503/703 and those start at $300 a head.

In all honesty as much as I love to Ho' irons and putters.

I always go back to the PXG 0311t

With those you don't have to be perfect everyday. I'm hoping these will be the same with that "Epon" feel

Nippon made a limited run of modus wedge shafts in black, but that was it and they are now discontinued.

So I was able to hit this in a demo 7 iron with a shaft that was terrible for me. However, the head is stupid easy to hit. Head shape is perfect for me, not too small and not too big. I can't play Miura bc the soles are too thin and not enough bounce for Midwest turf. Not a problem with these Epon's! This iron is flat out gorgeous! Think a shorter heel to toe Srixon 745 in black finish but be thinking more Mercedes AMG style than Toyota Camry (Srixon). No point in giving you numbers bc modus 105 stiff is hot garbage for me, but I couldn't pass on the opportunity to get these. Ordered some black wedges as well. Right in time for the fall season! Can't wait to get them in!

EPON has supplied a lot of kinds of models to Bridgestone , Srixson, Yamaha and so on.

But why are their prices extremely higher than them ??

Sometimes I check Epon in Japan, I don't afford to buy unfortunately.

They build for Srixon and others under a strict budget set forth by the OEM. The Epon brand is what Endo produces with no budget in mind- best tech, best materials, to the tightest tolerances and exact specifications. High production cost= high retail cost. The prices of Epon are not much different than Miura and are right in line with PXG.

But if Epon doesn't have to send out for them to be made like their customers then it should be cheaper to run but noooo just means more profits lol......ya Im a little $$ butt hurt as I'd love to try these as I play the 302s and these might fit me nicely!

PXG was first in line that I wanted to try but not anymore...
