Its gotta be the Nike SQ "NextTi" Drivers, right?  Those were being played in PGA Events (Lucas Glover, among others) in 2014-15.  I don't think any other driver can make that claim (its from 2006 I think).

Ping Rapture. Was in the bag for 10+ years. Great driver, with even better sound and feel.

Awesome driver, couldn't beat that one. The feel and distance was superb

Lol, here here.

Especially mated to the Diamana shaft; great feel and accuracy.

Funny enough, I finally retired my 10.5* and 9* for the Epic Sub Zero ; which I believe is a break through driver.

Cleveland Launcher 460. I have one in my Florida bag that I purchased for $25 at Play it again sports.
It is as long and accurate as the Ping G LS TEC  I use at home in CT.

I do not play one, as I prefer the smaller head of the M1 430 and 440, but I believe the 2016 M2 is the best driver Taylormade has ever made. The ball speeds are higher than any driver I've ever tested and it's massively forgiving.

Also, don't sleep on the SuperDeep. Just as high a ball speeds as anything outside of original M2 and Epic.

Someone said when we say "HOT driver" it's a fake term or just funnybusiness.

But I think when we say "hot" driver we are just referring to a "feel" we/you have when the ball clicks or "pops" off the face.

The 983E, for me, was one of those drivers. It just seems to explode off the face. I just can't get it out of my bag, and I've tried many of the newer drivers that have graced us since its release over 10 years ago.

Titleist 983E 8.5*
Sonartec SS03 14*
Mizuno BR - 18* Mizuno CLK 23*

My Cleveland HiBore XL. Have had 5 drivers since it's inception, and keep going back to it. AAMOF, I've acquired a new head and once it's time to change shafts because of "Father Time" I'll have a new 2006 Driver. It's quite possibly the only club I'll never change.

Not a driver, but I still use an R9 3 wood head. The shafts have changed over time, but not the head. I try to replace it 1-2 times a year as I'm developing a sense of pride that I still have it in my bag and am thus convinced I'm biased, but nothing beats it.

While I'd love to offer the FT9-TA (best driver results I ever had), I (and several others) couldn't keep 'em in one piece. So I'll go with a somewhat under the radar, almost never heard of but damn was it good, TEE Tour Proto. I hit the longest drive of my life with this beast and it was the best sounding/feeling driver I've ever swung. It also was as temperamental and unforgiving as any SLDR or J33. If Mr Glod would build a v2 that would offer comparable performance while also the "forgiveness" of modern drivers (and I've asked more than once), I'd be all over it.

Adam 9015 D Matrix.

Been playing it for last 7 years and just went through a complete set fitting (trackman).  My fitter looked at my best 10 shots average of 9015D and told me there's nothing he can give me to outperform the Adam and he showed me according to the trackman software, it's performance is perfect. :taunt:
