Had my first experience with these guys. They are in Cary, NC and I am in Charlotte. Had a customer service issue which was my fault (damn indecisiveness). Dealt with Dylan who was great!! Got 2 knit covers and a leather one, man they make a great product with great service!!

Do they have a retail location in Cary or did you order online? I live in Charlotte too but make frequent trips to the Raleigh/Cary area for work so I could stop and take a look if they have a store. Also, just curious, where do you play in Charlotte?

They do make good products.  I have a leather  stitch on my driver and a leather iliac on my 3w.  The stitch is the better one by far.

No store, but you can drop in... I think there is a very old thread on here recounting someone's visit.

I wanted to see the covers in person so I just called them and asked if I could stop in. They were very accommodating and showed off all their styles they offered. I then decided on custom color combo and ordered. Love my Stitch covers.

I have had the same great customer service as others have mentioned. The hybrid covers did not fit tight enough and would fall off as I carried my bag. I sent them a picture of the covers and they made replacements that that fit tighter.

I thought I would add to this rather than start a new thread.

Just recieved three head covers from Stitch after window shopping for a while. I got a leather driver cover and two knitted wood covers. Wood covers are same range but different color scheme.

I got them as I am now all Ping G400, (driver, 3&5 woods and 4&5 hybrids) and the bag looked quite boring, plus it was difficult in the heat of battle to differentiate between clubs at times.

These covers are really great quality and fit very well, in addition to looking the business (to my eye) - I see them lasting a long long time. They haven't been on a golf course yet, however I am pretty certain they will take everything thrown at them.

Stitch usd to offer some nice discounts here but have stopped. Their shipping costs IMO are absolutely outrageous. I believe they got a couple of Pros using their stuff now.

Used to love the discount they offered when you bought a set of 3 or 4 head covers and then I got an extra discount by adding a July 4th promo.  Nice quality head covers, but I don't quite understand how a driver, fairway and hybrid HC can all be the same price.  Seamus has the FW and hybrid priced $10 cheaper.

I stopped by a Golf Galaxy the other day and saw stitch covers on the shelf as a stock item. They had three different models.

May want to check them out before you order if have questions about quality.

I went all out and purchased the whole collection.  Initially I purchased the putter headcover then after seeing the wood headcovers in person in a friends bag I decided to buy them for myself.  I would highly recommend them the quality is spectacular and the customer service is great as well.  Well worth the cost I expect to have these headcovers for a long time.

Their shipping is crazy! I thought it was going to be like $10 or $15 tops but when I ordered 2 sets it was over $30. I guess they base it off quantity. It weighed in at 2lbs according to UPS notification. That's about $10 for standard shipping which is what I got. Anyways, I let my items sit in the cart to decide if I wanted to pay that shipping. I emailed Stitch to see if there was a promo for free shipping. Next I got an email saying I left something in my cart and a free shipping code (FREESHIP18) so I went ahead and purchased. A few hours later I get another response from Stitch saying sorry, no codes...lol...ok.

I don't have an Arnold Palmer Stitch cover but I have seen them.  They look great and are very high quality.  A piece of the sale of each one goes to the Arnold Palmer Foundation.  I played with Peter Jacobsen in a pro am last fall and he bought one with his own money and had it in his bag because of he respect for Arnie.

Love the looks of these covers. The driver cover was a little larger than I anticipated, but it fits well and is quality leather from what I can tell. The knit covers were much better in terms of quality than I expected. I have a set of JuJu's which I love so I wasn't sure what to expect from this techno wool. Well, it knit tight so that if you put it over your covers it stretches but doesn't create the holes between the yarn if that makes sense. It's thick and just really well done. I was a little skeptical paying what I paid, but when I put the covers on that thought didn't cross my mind. Have another set that should be here next week lol.

The Arnold Palmer tribute cover looks fantastic.  Enjoy.
