Very Nice, have you had a chance to hit them, how do they compare to other Titleist irons? Thanks for the pic's.

That looks like a Satin finish, is that how they will all be, or are those special?

Hi Titleist guy
Great pic's and thank's for taking the time out for the post, I have a question for you how did you come about these club's. My mate Dylan is best mate with Adam scott and he got a set off him and he want's to swap me for my Elk blades. I hit them and much prefered the 680 blades I have what's your veiw.
Best wishes
Addam smith

Lovely irons. Love the satin finish. Are these replacements for the 670/680?

Those irons look gorgeous! I have been desperately waiting for a satin blade to come out on the streets so I could replace the 7-PW of my CG2's, becuase going from Satin to Chrome just didn't look right (CG2/CG1 combo set). I will have to see how I like them at the Titleist Demo day's next year. Are these going to be released with the 905R, 585H, ect.?

Those look very nice. Kind of look like a cross between the 690 and the 670 heads. I like the satin finish.

Now That is a very nice pictures of 660!

Titleist is always come out w/ a stunning looking blade. Titleist always been one of the best in catering to a better players market IMO.

Does anybody know for sure if these clubs are satin-chromed? Or forged stainless with a brushed finish?
It will be interesting to hit these clubs with the plug filling the cavity where weight was removed fromt he heel. The old Wilsons with that feature sure felt good...

I took out the 5 iron to the driving range today and hit about 50 balls with it. I alternated between my 5 iron 670 and here is what I noticed. Ball flight and distance was about the same as my 670. I don't know what the benefits are with the plug filling the cavity but they do feel softer than my 670. At setup they remind me of a cross between the 962 and the 990. Overall they are a great looking set of irons. I put them in my bag and I will be playing two full rounds with them this week.

I am hoping the feel as great as they look. I have tried some Titleist forgings and they lack a bit of feel...sorry for the Titleist fans, but their forgins lack feel...

Those topline pics are nice. The offset is very similar to my Ta1's :idhitit: I think that if they come retail, I might give them a chance.

God Bless

Look good but... they won't kick the MP-33's outta my bag. I don't quite like the bore-thru design on irons. I reckon they don't suit it whatever the benefits. It makes it look too much like a wood or driver trying to add a few more metres.

They'll be released along with the 695's in the spring...

And the retail version will be satin as well!

Just thought I'd update this thread, talked to the titleist rep today, he said at this point the 660's are staying tour only, they are still considered a tour proto, and therefore if theyre released probly be a yr or so if ever but they dont feel that they fit the target market theyre looking to get with the release of their new irons so the 695s will be their muscle back at this stage not the 660. Unfortunate bc i wanted a set but im still looking into seeing if i can get hooked up with a set of these or a set of satin chromed 680s.

there seems to be some conflicting info. Reliable sources say limited quantities of 660s will be out this spring. so we can all golow with our scores!!
