They weren't kidding when they said this ball has exceptional feel around the green. I have never had a ball that has such a soft sound off the face of my putter. :idhitit:

i really like these..I got them for 10 bucks for 6(it might of been the older ones) and really liked them, seemed to hit and stop very good on the greens and distance was good also.

The Pinnacle Esxception is VERY LONG off the driver and irons and remarkably soft. Holds greens Ok if you hit a high ball. Feels great putting, very, very soft!

For only $17.99 (or less) these are very underrated!

Excellent ball. Distance, feel around greens is exceptional. The name fits it quite well. Ive put it up against Pinnacle Long Drive and Gold Distance recently and it is definitely the highest quality ball in that family. I now like it better than Titleist SoLo that I previously used.

I bought a box of these yesterday to try them out and played a full round with them. I was a bit disappointed with these balls. They are very long and pretty straight...right up there with the e6 which is my favorite ball to date.

The problem is they don't hold greens worth a damn. I smoked a flush 7 iron that hit the center of the green on a par 3 and rolled off the back into the fringe. On another hole, I hit a 40 yard lob wedge right on top of the flag that failed to stick and rolled three feet past the hole. To me, that is unacceptable. I can't afford to give up strokes in my short game due to my ball. The game is hard enough.

Pinnacle is runing a sweepstakes for their new Platinum models. You can enter for a chance to win a dozen of the Platinum Feel and a dozen of the the Platinum Distance golf balls

Big fan of the Distance model. I seem to be getting another 10-15 out of my drive.
