Stock shafts are the Memphis 10 (Uniflex), DG S200 and the True Temper GS 95 (S200).  I had mine reshafted with the Modus 125 shaft and have to agree, best shaft I have ever played.  Project X shafts are not very popular shafts in Japan and I rarely see them in JDM clubs, so if you want to go with the 6.0s, you'll more than likely have to pick up a set with another shaft and have them reshafted.

9.0* Ping G30 w/ NS PRO Regio Formula MB 65x  or
8.5* Maruman Conductor Pro-X w/ Graphite Design GT7X
14.5*   PRGR EGG HD w/ P9003x
16*   Callaway XR Pro w/ Matrix Ozik XCon 8 Strong
19*   Sonartec MD w/ Tour Issue Irod 105
24*   Honma TW-U w/ Vizard IB 105 x
5-PW  Callaway Legacy Black (2011) w/ Modus3 125x
52/08  OnOff 2015 Forged w/ Modus3 125s
56/08  Fourteen RM 21 w/ Modus3 125 Wedge
60/08  Fourteen RM 21 w/ Modus3 125 Wedge

Thanks for the info 3 Putt, i had some Modus 130s X flex in some nike blades. My handicap Didn't get along with those blades. I would love to try the 125s in some legacy's.  Looks like Stenson's playing well at the Open  with the 3 year old legacy's.  You and Stenson are definitely ahead of the curve on these irons.

I should have bought the set on ebay  i was watching last week. DOH !

Callaway should reissue these  for the  North American  market.

Have you found any good deals on these on your foreign auctions Bigmean?

He was flushing them all day, I followed him on the back 9 at Troon and was able to get right behind him on the 17th when he flushed it stiff near the pin. Pity I can't load the video up of that.

If they're in good condition and you can get them cheap enough, would be well worth it to reshaft them.  Fyi, there are two models out there.  The original has black numbering for the paint fill on the soles of the clubs and on the back where it says 'forged.' Due to popular demand, they made a second run of the irons and those have white lettering for the paint fill.

For sure would stay away from the Memphis 10 and TT GS stock shafts.

Anyone here by chance hit/play these legacy irons as well as the PRGR IDBL irons?  The ones with the weird arc in th cavity?  Would love a comparison as I had and regrettably sold the prgrs.

I have hit neither of these sets, but hopefully that changes soon.  Both of these sets are a few years old and the fact that they still gather interest from  journeyman WRXer's attests to there greatness.
Was drooling hard on a set of IDBL's with Modus shafts on the bay a few weeks ago. Should have pulled the trigger.

More likely to be the shaft rather than the heads that is causing this. Some shaft types can accentuate certain swing tendencies.

I have a left issue with certain clubs as well.

Larger grips[mid sized plus a few wraps] has helped me in the past along with flatter lie angles.

Some of the better ball strikers [Moe Normand, Bryson Dechambeau] played and play extremely large grips. Never had the nuts to try them but i'm interested.

Any thoughts on the oversized grip for anti left?

have to agree..get the lie angles checked ....mine are more fade biased for me than anything...and i hit a draw.... for me they are the straigtest irons ive ever used....  has to be lie or shafts causing it if you dont see the lefts with other irons...it isnt the heads design

Have to agree. They are extremely straight. Sometimes too straight, although if that is the worst downside of a club, they can't be to bad

Just received a set of 4-P I found at a very reasonable price from a willing U.S. seller - there have been quite a few sets popping up on ebay (most from Japan) now bearing the "Stenson" advertising, so to speak, since The Open (and probably before as well).  What caught my eye on these was they have the exact same shafts I have in my new AP2s.  What is killing me is for tons less money than my AP2s, I was holding at lunchtime the best looking (to me) irons I have ever held of recent vintage irons (don't get me started on the Nicklaus Muirfield 20th major MacGregors I found while watching The Open and bought on impulse - they look pretty cool to me).

Won't have a chance to hit them until Sunday, which is killing me.  The are about 3/8 inch shorter than my AP2s, but the lie angle on all of them at that shorter length happens to sit perfect, and I won't be surprised if distance is no different.  According to specs they should be about 1 degree stronger in loft than my AP2s, but I had the AP2s bent 1 degree stronger, so that is a wash, although I'll likely have more bounce with the "Stensons".

Awesome looking and feeling irons in the living room. ;-)

I've been playing these irons for 2 full seasons now. Absolutely love them. I agree you have to watch the lie angles and lofts. My Pw was very strong and I have to bend it every 8 months or so. They are pure. If you ever get a chance to but them don't pass it up. I put TTDG X100s in mine. Love them.

Are the offset numbers available?  If they are I missed them in various charts.
Has anyone been able to produce the offset numbers on these beauties? I have checked a number of sites/charts, and can't seem to find anything on the specific offset numbers throughout the set.
