Compare to a Titleist logo and a number below.

Or any other logo. Would not cover.

It's a Callaway prototype, old ball, or a new strange alignment aid

Vertical Groove Driver 9.5* (Aldila NV2k 55)
Ping G400 Stretch 12.4* 3 Wood (Aldila Ripd NV 65)
Callaway Great Big Bertha Epic Heavenwood 19* (PX Hzrdus T800 65)
Callaway Steelhead XR 22 Hybrid (KK Black 80)
Callaway Apex 26 Hybrid (KK Black 80)
Mizuno JPX 900 Hot Metal 6-PW 50* 55* (PX LZ 110)
Callaway Mack Daddy PM Grind 60* (KBS Tour V Wedge)

Did anybody catch Phil's comments on his driver this week at Pebble Beach. Wondering if he was struggling with the SubZero and went back to the 816 DBD? With the coverage this week it is hard to catch many swings from anybody.

I think he swapped to the DBD trying to hit it lower to run farther and quickly realized how good the subzero was treating him ....

This is from Spyglass on Thursday. Not sure what the line is for, but it's definitely a callaway.

This guy is great! Wonder how his gapping works. No 3UT to 5i and from PW to 56*. Never understood why someone with his creativity would need 56, 60 AND 64

Hopefully Callaway will make a production model of the Sub Zero! I love the clean top with the glossy finish. Would love to see one side by side with an 815/816 DBD.

I agree. The pics of Jason Gore's is, imo the best looking driver (not) on the market today. So very clean. I know it's a bigger head, but the last one that was that clean was the FT Optiforce 440.

What sort of screw up? Like an inappropriate logo?! Lol!

Is that conforming?

Why must these guys always play a prototype, and why do the prototypes always sound exactly what we would want in a golf ball but can't get?

I assume it was just a minor misprint, he had to sharpie over it to make it conforming.
Wall said that he would have the properly stamped ball in play next event.

Why would Phil need a 64 degree when he has a 60 (and can lay that open)?

Do you think it's because the greens are that fast and tucked in crazy, small positions, i.e. the landing area the size of the hood of a car?

I think he had a Fubuki K before the recent HZRDUS  (I've seen a Fubuki K with Fubuki J graphics, so who knows what shaft he's actually playing)
