Two full bags at home, plus a few spare putters and another extra set of irons, then a full bag in Ireland for when we visit the inlaws.  It's cheaper (and safer) to leave clubs there than pay to take mine on the plane each time.

TM M2 9.5° w/ Hzrdus Black 6.0
TM M2 15° w/ Ozik 7m3 stiff
Titleist 816H2 18 w/ speeder 9.8 tour spec stiff.
Bridgestone j15 w/ KBS Tour V X soft-stepped
Bridgestone j15 50/54/60
Scotty Cameron M1
Bridgestone Mini Staff bag

I have my gamer set and then a number of spare clubs , got a few wedges and couple of drivers. 2/3 hybrids lying around.

I have 4 bags a tour bag , normal carry bag then my smaller bag for the range and my old bag but that should be up for sale really.

Got my old irons and wedges up for sale at the minute also , clubs come and go pretty fast with me. At the min i could do with a nice spare putter.

2... The bag in my signature & the bag full of clubs in selling.  I've vowed for two years now that I'm only going to have one set of clubs.  The second bag currently has 3 drivers, 1 fairway, 1 hybrid, 2 sets of irons, 3 sets of wedges, and 4 putters.  It's over 14 clubs by just a few...

Call me nostalgic or call me a ho. I have a full bag at my parents, one at my in-laws along with a spare set of irons there, and at my house 2 full bags with several "backup" putters and iron sets. And drivers out the wazoo.
I can't sell most of the stuff for more than a few bucks now cause a lot of it is 10+ years old but hey still play great. I like going home and playing with my old Cleveland TA2s and Hogan driver. Still shoot the same scores. I couldn't let myself trade a set of TA2 or Titleist 735 at GS for 30 bucks or whatever they'd offer me so I just keep them for old times sake.

Technically 1, but if I reassembled the 4+ sets of iron heads that I have in storage I'm sure I could find a bag, driver, fw, wedges, and putter for at least 3-4 sets.

2 years ago - I had 5 full sets of irons...I'm definitely not a seller, so basically had all the clubs I've played the last 30+ years.

1 set Wilson staff FG-17 circa 1980,
1 set Titleist Box Blades circa 1985-6
1 set TM Tour preferred circa ~1995?
1 set Titleist DCI 990 - used these 2002-2013

and my gamer set - new Miz MP-64s

Then I had a bad house fire - the Miz were in my car...all the others completely destroyed

I was never a big putter switcher - had only an old Wilson 8813 & a Ping Anser2
But I had at least 12-15 drivers + a set of Wilson Staff persimmons

Only good thing - I can get a couple new sets with the insurance :D

I wish I had an idea. I'm a club junkie.

I've got a barrel full of about 20 drivers and 20 fairway woods
A few hybrids (I've always been a long iron guy)
I have 8 sets of irons, I've never gotten rid of the ones I've bought in the past. Some of them are floating around with buddies.
Whenever I get new wedges, if I find ones I like, I get four sets (Low, Mid, High bounce and a practice set).
Disclaimer: Not like I buy wedges all the time. I've had the same brand/model in my bag since 2015.
I've only got two putters.

This post intrigued me, so I went out to the garage and looked at what I had then went to check the trade in values.

Might be time to clean house and get some brand new stuff for next season!

One complete set.

It has driver, 3-wood, 3-hybrid, 4-PW irons, GW, SW, LW, Putter.

Also one spare driver, one spare wedge, three other putters, one spare golf bag to keep those five extra golf clubs in.

I also generally stick the 3-wood and 3-hybrid in the spares bag and just play with 12 clubs. Sometimes also leave out the LW if I'm carrying. So on a normal day there's a bag I'm using with 12 club and a bag-o-extras with 7 clubs.

My problem is I have clubs that are really worth more to me sentimentally than they are for anyone to purchase or for my time to try to sell.

I have 3 full sets
1) My main set, which I only ever sometimes swap out a putter or maybe FW.
2) A set of clubs from when I played more with more "players" type irons - but we're talking 909 Driver, older wedges, TEE CNC forged irons. Not exactly high demand inventory, but also not really the type of clubs to donate to youth programs either.
3) What has become my loaner set, with my irons from High School (graduated 13 yrs ago)...Titleist 981 irons that I'd probably pay more to ship than I'd get in value.

I really wish I only had 2 sets, since I've found having a loaner set to come in handy. Set #2 is the one I really don't know what do do with...

I have 2 full sets at home... gamers and a very similar set of backups.  I used to keep these as a riding bag and walking bag, but I'm not walking much anymore and when I do it's with a push-cart, so the gamer bag works fine for both.  The backup set is now in a nice staff bag in my office while my gamers stay in the back of my SUV most of the time.  I have another bag in the garage with individual spares/extras/etc too, but it's bulk storage of individual clubs, not a playable bag.

I also have a 3rd set I keep at my parents' house so I don't have to travel with my gamers when visiting (since the SUV is already packed to the brim with kids and associated stuff).  It's mostly made up of older gamers that didn't have enough resale value to bother with the effort.  That said, I'm not terribly comfortable with the set (iron shafts balloon pretty bad and are 1/2" short of my current gamers) and end up taking my gamers up there unless I just absolutely don't have the space to travel with them.
