I did some searches and it seems the Zero Friction is a good choice but I can't find much information as to which one I need. I'm not committed to ZR, I'm just looking for some kind of jacket that will keep me warm and allow me to swing as free as possible.

I'm in Houston so it doesn't get terribly cold but being from Houston, 40 is cold (those who are laughing can come play here in August :D) I'd like a jacket I can wear that doesn't bind up or restrict me too much. I'm 6'3 so there's a lot of arm movement in my swing. Waterproof is also a major plus. I've got a couple of windjackets and I absolutely HATE them and how they bind up on me. I'll usually wear a long sleeve Under Armour Cold Gear shirt under my shirt but it's no match for the wind. The jacket has to be able to stop the wind.

Thanks!

Try the new Nike Elite Jacket. I found it stops the wind and is really warm.

Check out Sunice.

Also if you look outside of the golf brands you might find something that works very well. I have been playing here in rainy windy cold NY with 2 different jackets. Both warm enough for you , GORE Windstopper...visit The North Face website and maybe Eastern Mountain Sports. Both are lightweight, warm and not bulky by any means

Zero Restriction [ZR] M3 WindStopper................ No Hesitation!!!!

It's 37-degrees this afternoon, here in the Northwest and just played 18 holes w/ a light thermal under a turtleneck plus the ZR M3 outer layer and was very comfortable.

Be sure to not oversize w/ ZR, as they are very adequate at true sizing and really are non-restrictive. TGW has the the ZR M3 at $107.00 + $5.00 shipping right now, even though their site indicate $119.00. More than worth the cost. :good:

I dont know were to buy it in the US, becuse they don´t have a official store over there. I normaly work in shop in Denmark, that is a official store. So I know the quality pretty good, and I always wear it on the chours. I also youse thair pants and polos, and so on. But I would say to get it in the US, try an internet site(if you can find one, have tried a bit for you). But a hope you find one becuse it is yust the product.

I had a look on the website www.galvingreen.com and was suprised to see that they don't have a distributor in the US. That is a shame as the product is fantastic. The best suit I have ever used in 20 years of very wet scottish golf, and I have tried more than a few rainsuits. If anyone is thinking of ordering over the net be aware that sizes run small.
