I don't really have a home club or muni. I tend to play a bunch of courses in the central Texas area. My favorite is Valaar Creek in Blanco.

Home club is Raven Nest in the quaint little town of Hunstville, Texas. Great course and very affordable thanks to the Sam Houston State University subsidy. $129 a month for all the whatever you want to do on the golf course during daylight hours.

I LOVE this course. Probably my second favorite course I played in collegiate golf. Thanks to a nasty cold front (crazy winds led to crazy scores) and spring break (only team playing that week), my 79-75 earned me a SCAC player of the week award.

I live a stones throw away from the Randolph Golf Complex. Two 18 hole courses (they used to hold the Tucson Open there) and fairly decent practice area. It's come a long way since the city relinquished command of it and OB Sports took it over. It's now running like a real golf course.

Played there last year at homecoming. Was shocked at how nice it had become. Fairways and greens were perfect!

I've got a short ride to Griffith Park in LA. Two very busy 18 hole courses that I enjoy quite a bit

Koolau GC, Kaneohe, Hawaii. Tough track. Very wet this year. I'm hoping for a dry winter so the fairways will dry out.

No club golf for me, but think about doing it every year. I'm in Salt Lake City and we're fortunate to have a lot of good, very affordable munis, but they're starting to close some of them down for budget cuts. My favorite has always been this under appreciated links-style course near the airport, Wingpointe. It's closing its  doors this month, so I think that may be the excuse I need to finally go the club route. Just need to map out the logic in the story to sell it to my wife!

I live in a 55+ community where we have a par 3 course, I play that very often.
When I go to LA, I visit Roosevelt (Exec Course)  Muni which is walking distance from my son's house.

I used to have a home course, but it closed in 2002. I stopped playing for nine years after that (not just the closing of the course, I had other interests taking over, as well). I like playing different courses, but we usually default to Keith Hills at Campbell U. It's a pretty course and we all like it.

No home club for me either. Play a lot of different courses around Winston-Salem. My favorite is Oak Valley.

As a kid, I grew up playing a muni on the west side of Michigan called Briar Hill Golf Course in Fremont, MI. Unfortunately it closed in 2013.

My new home course it the Medal of Honor GC at Quantico MCB, about 20 minutes from my house, not the greatest or the hardest from the whites, but pretty and challenging rolling hills, great for practice and a bit more difficult from the tips...

Brookline Golf Club aka Robert T. Lynch

Decent layout, pretty awful condition most of the time. Some highlights are the Francis Ouimet & Eddie Lowery statue outside the entrance, and the fact that #6 at BGC shares a fence with #9 at The Country Club, so you can at least get a glimpse of what a real course looks like sometimes :swoon:.

I just moved to the Northern VA area and am playing lots of courses . . .

Find myself playing Brambleton which is the local muni course... its a great deal and less than 2 miles from the house which leads to lots of after work rounds (work from home)

I have tried hard to convince myself to like 1757 which is really close to the house as well and super nice.. I just hate the layout of half the holes.. amazing practice facility though.

Spent three months there in 1991 and played the course quite a lot. Always enjoyed the layout. Took my youngest grandson two years ago and we played. He too enjoyed the course, base, and, museum. Disappointed to see that the medal of honor plaques that described the circumstance surrounding a medal honoree had been removed from the tee boxes.

I just moved to the Northern VA area and am playing lots of courses . . . Find myself playing Brambleton which is the local muni course... its a great deal and less than 2 miles from the house which leads to lots of after work rounds (work from home) I have tried hard to convince myself to like 1757 which is really close to the house as well and super nice.. I just hate the layout of half the holes.. amazing practice facility though.

great practice facility just SO MUCH WATER
