What stuff have you bought for a good price and has turned out to be a valuable weapon. Once bught a Titleist 1-iron for £2!!!! The ferrule did fall off after about a week or two but some resin could glue that back on no problem. The guy I bought it of was giving up golf and sold his clubs for crazy prices. Titleist 975J, good condition, £15! What have you bought that has been a bargain?

A guy gave me a sleeve of Bridgestone B330's as a tip for cleaning hsi clubs at work, another just left a dozen Pro V1's in a cart, not sure if those are really deals though. I got an almost brand new Monza Corza for $70, the guy I bought it off of as a TMaG Account so he got it for less than retail price and played three rounds with it and didn't like it so I made an offer and got it. Not a little $1 or $2 bargain like the other guys said, but I did save $110 on a basically brand new putter and its becoming a valuable weapon.

I've gotten a ping eye 2 1 iron for 2 starburst packs. I've gotten an cleveland 588 chrome sw for $1 and a clevand copper byron nelson 50th anniversary lw for $1.50. I've also gotten some older titanium honma driver for $5 a piece and a set of mint condition ping eye 2's for $40 which have ended up being the best deal of all.

Driver: took from my brother who got the g2 for about 170 i think
Wood: 3 wood, also took from my brother, but helped pay for his new one, which i payed about 100$
Putter: brother paid 40$ for it as a present to me ....40 !!
Wedges: got them for 50$ each off of Tmag.
Irons: 400$ for irons that are retailed at 899
my bag i paid 10$ for a 110$ driver.  traded in my old rac wedges that i dont use, and an ignite driver that i got for free.

I got my old bridgestone j33 combos, for 40$.  I traded some old back up stuff that i didnt use and ended up getting them for 40 $.  BOO YAH !

try to beat that stuff.

I guess the only think I could beat you there is my CG2's which I got for $275, normally retailing a solid $800.

Some awesome deals in that bag though!!

well that's what happens when your brother works in a used golf shop!!!
don't mind if i chime in myself.....got a basically brand new studio stainless for about 25 bucks the other day. and a brand new set of s-59 tours on ebay for about 300 bucks......guy forgot to add the 'tour' in the description.

Heh yeah good deals um... well this probly doesnt count but just look at my sig...I've payed a total of um...$0 dollars for it.  Everything i get is from taylor made or ping bc thats where i have connections so anything from those two is free and comes outta the tour dept and i know a few reps from the other companies.  So doesnt really count as a good deal but hey its still free s*** right, lol and whats about to be added will be costing me the same so...I'd def have to say everything i play was a good deal its all custom fit...a lot of it is one off stuff and its all been free.

Heh p.s. i think i got ya covered kevin. lol.

cheap stuff, 120$ for decent weared mizuno pro irons 3-p, new 588 rtg 53º and 60º for 35$ a pop--- check out ebay folks, it kills me when people spend double in a shop for what they could get via ebay for the same product, same condition, or even better!!!, it really is great if you find sum1 with great feedback, and lots of it!, nothin to worry about.
