can any give me an idea of cost for green fee, caddy for Ocean Course in mid-november.

Last time I played there it was $305.00. But that was in July.

I called for some greens fee quotes a week or so ago. I believe mid-Nov will be $320, including caddy or cart. First week of Dec it goes down to $240. Im going first week of Dec.

Best thing to do is play one of the other courses in the morning, and then play the Ocean course on the replay rate. But you might not have enough daylight in November. However, the Ocean Course is quite beautiful when the sun is setting.
