39 on the front @ Avalon GC in NJ. 5 strokes better than any previous 9. (Shot a 50 on the back for an ultra-smooth 89)

I've had a 39-62-101 on a good course, and a 59-38-97 on the same course!

Best round is an 81 on a par 72 (rating about par). The amazing thing to me is that the round didn't have a single good shot by my own standards.

Best 18 is 84 on a par 72 that usually beats me up.  Working to go lower this year...obviously.

The lowest round of golf I have ever shot was 68 on a par 72. I knew this was going to be "one of those rounds" when I chipped in the first 2 holes, and then it was off to the races.

My lowest number is 69 at par-71 Talamore in Southern Pines, NC.  Lowest in a tournament was 70 at par-72 Stoneleigh GC in Round Hill, VA.  Shot 76 the next day to get into a play off for the Senior Club Championship, and lost on the 3rd extra hole.

Have had 74 three times since last June.  Walked 18 by myself today and took the time to drop second balls for practice. Would have had 73 on my first ball, but wouldn’t count that as an official round.  Goal for this season is a round of par or better.

68 (-4) twice about 22 years apart. The first one was on an easy course (about 6400 yards, 70 rating) that I played hundreds of times because my parents had an annual pass there. The more recent one was last year at another course that I play probably 30 times or so each year on mornings before work (alone in a cart, I can finish 18 holes in under 2 hours and get to work by around 9 am). It's close to 7000 yards, but not all that difficult (73 rating, 124 slope). The annoying thing was that I was 5 under going into the last hole, which is a 476 yard par 5, and hit a bad tee shot and approach and made bogey. :angry22:

Career low is 66 on a par 72 around 6400 yards.

My best round ever is a 72 on a par 72 from around 7100 yards and on a pretty difficult course.

Also had a 31 on a par 36 once.  What really bugs me is that I 3 putted from 3 feet, or I'd have had a 29.  I would love to have a 29 before I put away the sticks for good.

I shot a 75 a while back that I don't really consider my "career low round" because I was playing a quick twilight round by myself and picked up a couple of 2-footers before realizing I had a great round going. Now in all likelihood I'd have tapped those in but who knows.

So I consider the 76 and 78 I shot while playing in low-stakes money games to be my legitimate "career low rounds" but I also know I've got a 75 or better in me that might show up for real one of these days...
Everything has its drawbacks, as the man said when his mother-in-law died, and they came down upon him for the funeral expenses.

67 but was a shorter set up than i usually play...still played great though.  Some of my best rounds have been closer to par but on much tougher courses.

(-3) 69 on my old home course, probably around 6600yrds back when I played everyday.

Most memorable round was shooting an E 72. It was my first time playing in about two years. Bogeyed the last hole too! Was just mashing driver and finding greens.
