Best career round was 5 under 65. Most recent was 3 under 68 which I was very happy with. Then I came back strong with an 83 but I blame that on the weather and not me. Haaa haaa haa

I've shot 60 three times in Tourny conditions. I've been in the 50's a few times on some local muni type courses which I don't really count for much.

My lowest 'score' ever was a 56 on a Par 69, 66.9/124 @ ~5500yrds which is not that great a differential but a lot more difficult than it sounds.

Ratings and slope and can do some weird things sometimes. I've had my a$$ handed to me my share of times on some 'easy' courses so you just never know. Some of the best rounds I have ever played were not my lowest scores either. Crazy game.

I was waiting for this post. Just unreal golf. Thanks for sharing.

I've only been under par twice in my life. Both rounds were 70 on a par 71. Both were also typically consistent with 5 birdies and 4 bogies. Like catching lightning in a bottle for this guy...haha.

Insane shooting and you are right about slope and rating. Some courses that have the easy ratings can take you it is weird that is for sure.

I have never been under par for 18 but for 9 holes several times my lowest are even or +1 or +2 at several local courses. Best was probably +2 from Stonelick Hills that is 7200 yards, 73.9 & 134 tough course to say the least. One of my best rounds (not lowest) was Oakmont CC last year. Best 9 i have ever played that is for sure with a 35/43 ending #9 with a bogey and ending the back side with a double, bogey & bogey. Cannot be disappointed with that though at a course like that. Hope to beat that score this year :)

I had several rounds in the 60s last year with the lowest being 64.

My home course is a par 71 around 6600. I had 8 birdies and 1 bogey.

I missed a 3 footer on 17 for a 9th birdie.

72 in a State tourney.  So, it was a 72.

The guy who says he shot in the 50s on "some lousy muni so it doesn't count" is
a braggart with the intention of diminishing anybody who's scored well on a muni.
Shameful.  By the way Bethpage Black is a muni.

Was 3 over after 15 holes (6900 yards, 131 slope) shot a 82.  I seem to do that more than I like to admit. Never broke 80. Close but it seems I fail last 2 or 3 holes. It's one of those things where my buddies won't talk to me for the last five holes, when I'm playing good, no one wants to give me an excuse for f*%¥ing up.  In all fairness I would blame them.

3-4 different 2 under rounds 68-69-70 on par 70-72 tracks yardages range from 6500-7000. Ratings from 68.4-72.something (also too lazy to look them up)

The best was a -2 69 on a 7k yard course 01/01/2012 I only played like two more rounds that year and had both hips replaced in June and July. It was the golf gods giving me one final good round before I physically not play anymore that year after 2 years of watching my game go downhill because of my hips

Best round post new hips even par 72 on a track just over 7k yards. 05/2013, had a few under par 9's and a handful +1-+2 rounds since but still looking to find the consistency again.

71 for me on a Par 71 (72.4/137).

Still haven't broke par on any full 18 hole round (have done it on 9 multiple times).  I play pretty consistently right around 80 (so 77-82 is a fairly average range)

All of the rounds were league play and all had a least one bogie. I have yet to play 18 without a bogie. And to prove how consistent I'm not - I can go out and throw up an 85 the same week I shot a 67. I do it all the time.

64 at Frasch Park in Sulphur, LA, it's a par 71.

I was 2 over through 7 holes and made birdie on 8 and 9 to get to even making the turn.

Made par on 10 then made SIX birdies in a row.  Crazy.  I had a birdie chip that almost went in on 17 then birdied 18 for my career low.

My previous record was 3 birdies in a row.  6 was just mind blowing.  I replay that stretch of holes (8-18, 9 birdies in an 11 hole stretch) in my head all the time.
