Wore two LS polos this week on a work trip. Really nice. I'll definitely be stocking up this year.

I'm a big fan of LS.  Great materials and fit.  Love the laid back style.  I wear my LS polos whether I'm playing or not, super comfy.

John is a great guy and has done a lot for our local course (Goat Hill in Oceanside, ca).  As far as I know, LS is in no way affiliated with Adidas/TMAG.  I'm pretty sure John started this as a separate venture after he sold Ashworth.

I will say, I highly highly recommend their Boardwalker shorts. I'm not sure I would golf in them (not traditional enough for my taste) but for casual shorts they're killer.  Look nice and the fabric is a nice cool material that doesn't easily wrinkle etc.

My only complaint is that I wish they ere a bit cheaper per pair.

agree with those that have said it is quite good.  Fit is a bit tighter than some but that much better.  Their shorts are the very best shorts I have found....cool, classic looking, a pocket for a ball marker, another for tees and a third for a divot tool.   Either I'm misusing those pockets are someone at the company completely understands that there is a need for all three.

I'm curious about their rain pants....has anyone tried those?

I found the shirts (T-shirts) to run a size large.  Ordered Large and fit more like XL.  Not sure about polo's.  I remember the Ashworth line running big though.

The polo's run a little on the small side. A large in Adidas would be a large in Linksoul, but probably equal to a medium in Ashworth or Footjoy.

I bought 2 of the performance blend polos from Trendygolf.com sale. I’m XL in most brands (L in FJ). Polos came in yesterday and holy smokes these things are huge. Not a fan at all. One of them was a final sale so I am stuck but I’ll be sending the other one back. Not sure if it’s worth trying to exchange for a Large or not. Prob just get a refund. Disappointed because I really like the vibe from the brand and the material felt great.

Linksoul is one of my favorite brands and you can get their gear for a deal on other sites or wait until they offer discounts a few times a year. I have their a bunch of their t-shirts, a couple of polos, some half-/full-zip sweaters, and several hats. And I recently just bought a couple of their windbreakers and the rain pants/jacket. Their sizing is perfect for me and the materials they use (especially for their shirts) are very soft.

The windbreakers in particular are great, not only the fit but I like that they don't wrinkle, despite being bunched up and tossed around. And they have a weight to them without feeling heavy.

The rain jacket is also impressive. I know it's not Gore-tex but water just beads off the surface and they have an inner membrane for added protection. I talked with Mr. Ashworth's youngest son who helped me out the day I bought them at their store (Linksoul Lab) and he said he's been using it for a while now in all kinds of weather with no problems. The seams are taped and I believe it's packable. The two things I like the best about the jacket though is that it's as thin as a windbreaker and has a hood, which many other golf rain jackets do not (I hate feeling rain on my neck).

The rain pants I'm not as keen on.  They have a cool feature where you can adjust the length of the inseam by buttoning the hem (which I did, cuz I needed the waist size of an XL but the length of an L). The big drawback for me, however, is that the left pocket is not really a pocket. I found this out when I put my wallet in and it fell to my foot. I then looked through the pocket and saw my boxers Why can't they just put a pocket there?? The right side has a pocket and there are two pockets on the back but I really want two pockets in the front to keep my stuff. I plan on calling them to ask if it's really designed that way or maybe I just received a defective product. I'm hoping for the latter so I can just exchange it. If not and it's a design flaw then I may consider returning it.
