I'll probably be in the minority here, but I played them and didn't get much out of them. Yeah, they were soft and felt good when pured. But, I just could not get any distance out of them. I had to readjust my whole course management approach, which kind of screwed me up, as I needed to adjust my bag for some gaps that were created on the long side. I play to an 8 and don't have any trouble hitting the ball long, especially with my irons. But, when standing 178 out and having to decide between a soft 4 or a hard 5, instead of a 6 or 7 (depending on variables such as wind, elevation, etc..) , it screws with your head. I got rid of them and went to the Miz MP 32's with Project X's and could not possibly be any happier. For what it is worth, jsut as I found the CG--1's really short, I find the 32's to be about 1/2 to 1 club longer, which is fine for the way I have my bag set up.

Just the .02 of a career hacker.
