do they come with the buttons permanently fixed closed all the way to the top? 
This is very cool, Steve & Barry's is known for their quality merchandise at very inexpensive prices. They made news a while ago with the introduction of the "Starbury", a basketball shoe endorsed (and worn during NBA games) by Stephon Marbury. The price? A mere $15!
