Just curious if anyone has been to Hot Stix Golf shop in AZ? If you have, what was your experience like and what work did you have done to your clubs?

I have a good friend of mine who was invited there as part of a master clubmaker society. Really interesting, almost overwhelming to the average Joe. The fit very well, but charge big bucks for it. There are some flaws w/their system, but they kind of overwhelm the public with 'shock and awe', so to speak.
Of course if you play better golf, it's all worth the money, right?

I walked in there while on a business trip, and it's bEAUTIFUL! Very overwhelming, very technological.
However......I was ignored like an ugly stepchild. They fundamentally ignored the #### out of me, and I left. Many people love that shop, but my experience was not the same.

Hi All,
I was in Scottsdale w/ the wife on business last month and went in to get a putter fitting. They have camera's at all angles viewing your stroke. I had my 2 gamer putters w/ me and they found out thru the pics on computer screen I was setting up different w/ the putters due to different lie specs. They recommended using a shorter putter and bent one to match the other specs. Cost was $75.00 and I thought I got me money's worth. ..........goldie

It is highly professional and the staff is quite accomodating. During the week of the Phoenix Open, you'll see lots of Tour players coming in for equipment adjustment. That right there should tell you all you need to know.
We're regulars there... and it's worth every penny. Great place. Very knowledgeable.
