Last year, I decided to give my 5 year old ClubGlove Burstproof to my father. Althout it looked perfect and protected my clubs on numberous trips, I needed a bigger bag to contain extras on trips.

Looking for a bigger bag, I found the Ogio Monster for about $100 cheaper then the ClubGlove. For 2 trips to Texas and back, it did a good job of protecting the sticks and it has a TON of padding and enough room for an SUV.

Unfortunately, it started showing a lot of wear after just two trips. In addition to rub marks, this tag pocket in the back ripped out. Although fulling functional, it was disappointing.

I took it to my local shop, explained the issue, and they promised to show it to the local rep. No hassles, Ogio replaced the bag. I have to give them credit.

Alas - I decided my frequent use 4-5 trips per year meant I needed a more durable option. The shop gave me full credit and I took home a last bag XXL.

When my carry bag wears out, I am going to remember Ogio's outstanding service.

Ogio has great CS. I bought a Vaporlite a couple years ago, and the one I got managed to be defective in this inside stitching of the deviders, so I had those falling apart and out. I gave Ogio a rang, and they said to ship it out to them and they'd take care of it no questions asked. Sure I had to eat the shipping charges, but its been almost two years and the replacement is still going strong.

Great products with great CS to back them up
