I know I'm not alone when saying that I'm sick if the behemously large golf shirts you see everywhere. I've actually never even bought a golf shirt because of the way they fit. I'm normally wear A&F or American Eagle polos, but due to the heat this year, I've been considering some nice golf shirts. I'd like to find a European/JL style shirt but I'd also like to keep the cost down. I'd like to spend less than $60 a shirt so I can actually build up a decent wardrobe for golf. What companies/where have you found shirts like this?

JL makes some excellent shirts, and really most of Nike's stuff fits nicely. And also cheers to the A&F and Am. Eagle reference. That's the stuff (other than for golf) that FILL my closet. I love Am eagle.

Aren't JL shirts like $90 to $100 a piece though?

Yeah, they are a pretty penny. How about some oakley? I've got a few pieces from their golf line, and they all seem great. About the same pricing as Nike in most things.

Nike shirts aren't necessarily "Euro-fit". While they can have a decent cut, I still find that you have to go smaller in order to get a better fitting shirt. Not that it's bad, there are better options.

Look at Puma, Sligo, JL (the Penn style is one of their better priced shirts), Cbuk, etc..

id look at the puma line as well as adidas, although with adidas and nike as well i normally go a size smaller and find they fit pretty good. also underarmour....but once again go a size smaller.

What were the shirts that Aaron Baddeley wore on Sunday? I've seen that logo before but I can't quite put my finger on the name...although, there was ECCO on the collar....

EDIT: Scratch that...found out it's Original Penguin clothing...nice shirts and polos. I'll order a couple of those and I'm going to head to a golf shop that carries Adidas in search of "the perfect fit."
